I ordered a sofa and armoire through Wayfair and New England Retail Express will be making the final delivery. I received confirmation through Wayfair on the delivery date, but have not heard from New England Retail Express. After reading many of the negative reviews online I am extremely concerned about the shipment. Furthermore, as New England Express has not yet given me a 4-hour window during which to expect the delivery, I have not been able to ask for time off work. I have been calling New England Retail Express for the past week, multiple times, to try to get the 4-hour window and they have never answered. Just now I tried to call one more time and the receptionist picked up (I know because I could hear people talking in the background) and hung up. This is a very frustrating situation and if I do not hear from New England Retail Express soon, may even become a deterrent from using Wayfair, although I have been extremely impressed with other aspects of their service.
