If I could give this company zero stars I would. They delivered our appliances for us from Nebraska Furniture Mart and severely scratched our wood floors in our kitchen. To make things worse, they are not taking any responsibility for this damage and are refusing to pay to have it replaced. STAY AWAY from this company. After spending thousands on appliances we will be out even more on the damage to our floors!!
Had a very good experience with NRX on June 5th, 2019; they contracted with Bob's Furnature ( I bought a mattress & boxspring at the Natick Bob's) to deliver my purchase & they did a great job. They gave me a time frame for delivery which they narrowed down as it got closer to the time. They were able to advise me of almost the exact delivery time 2 hours out (so I knew when they'd get there 2 hours prior to delivery), and I got a phone call from the driver 15 minutes before the delivery which I appreciated.The 2 gentlemen who delivered my mattress & boxspring were pleasant, professional & speedy (without being pushy). I would definitely recommend NRX to anyone looking for a professional delivery company, and I had a good experience with Bob's Furnature out of Natick, as well. No one is paying me to write this review, and I'm not an employee of either company.
NRX : YOU DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.
NRX was contracted by Total Home Protect to deliver and install a dishwasher in my home. Total Protect is a home warranty company who contracted NRX as a 3rd party for the job. NRX called me multiple times, assured me it was a delivery and install, with no charge. When NRX arrived they told my wife and mother they do not install dishwashers in the state of NJ (but they will happily leave it in the middle of my kitchen).....After calling the facility and getting into a heated argument with a woman who works there (never got her name), NRX would not take responsibility for their employee Victoria, who had told me multiple times that an install would be taking place. Even, Rita the case manager for Total Protect Home Warranty made sure it was a delivery and Install job. We have been out of a dishwasher since almost January and now it is sitting in the middle of my kitchen with no install.
NRX does not take responsibility for their miscommunication, gets paid anyway and washes their hands of any issues since they got their bread and the item is off their truck. What a selfish, soul-less style of business. Not to mention, who ever is answering phones for this company is a miserable woman who does not respect the customers that keep her job in place for her to collect a check. Keep treating customers like that and you will be out of a job, or better yet, NRX will be out of business.
Watch out for this company, they are a scam.

This company is a scam! Stay far away from them! Bob s Furniture should be ashamed of themselves for partnering with such an awful company to deliver for them. Wish I could've gave zero stars.
Terrible service and reliability I would not even give them 1 star. Spoke with Zyer a few different times regarding the installation of my GE microwave. They would not install until my other microwave was uninstalled which was never discussed before the delivery. I had someone remove immediately and rescheduled the delivery. They did not reschedule the delivery and now it can't be delivered for 3 more days which I am unavailable to be home for as I had scheduled the delivery for today and prepared to be home for. And since I can't be home on the days they can deliver this week, they are going to cancel the microwave and have to put in a completely new order which will take another 3-5 business days until I will get a call to schedule the delivery. The are not helpful and the customer service is awful.
I heard a loud noise from downstairs when they Installed an adjustable base for my new mattress into my existing sleigh bed frame set upstairs. They then called me upstairs and then tried to pin it on me. I understand Nobody is perfect and accidents happen but to flat out throw a lie to me?!
Terrible company. They delivered furniture to my neighbors and the truck knocked the wires down from the street pole which ripped off the siding of my house and ruined it. The lady that answers x 138 was rude and not only told me they weren't held responsible but also hung up on me!!! ZERO STARS STAY AWAY!!!!
Team was kind and courteous when delivering my sofa and ottoman!
