Seems like they are very unfriendly and make lots of money in charging fees for everything such as cancelling an order or returning a product. My advice buy from anyone else before you commit money for products you may never receive and get charged 25% for cancelling the order. I don't know about there range operation, but I will never even try to buy anything from them again. As far as I am concerned if they need the money that bad, just go ahead and keep it instead of stealing from little by little and never even try to delivery on the order. Absolutely no class at all.

Great shop, great selection, great people. Really all you could ask for. Won't be shopping online anymore... Found the local shop with everything I need.

Ordered pellets online, drove 1.5 hrs to find the store does not open until 5p. ( my fault ) I asked for a refund on my order and was told I would still have to pay a fee.

I had my birthday here and got my first air rifle here. Very nice employees, and air guns sold at a good price.

John is a very good instructor....very diligent about gun safety......this is a great place to learn gun safety and marksmanship!! Its a fun environment to shoot in.

Great Experience - I called to place an order and talked To John, super friendly, knowledgeable about the products (except that amp draw but hey) looking forward to dealing with John again in the future.

Really great place with welcoming and knowledgeable owner. I went with my brother and we had a great time. I particularly liked the emphasis on safety. Would recommend highly -only wish it was closer to where I live!

Very nice and friendly staff. I needed the most menial of a part to fix m air gun. I called ahead, and they had it waiting for me when I got there. It was a simple pressure gauge, but it fixed my issue to get me back up and running. The owner John took the time to answer our questions and give some insight on some issues we were having with another air gun. Great people. Great place. Do not hesitate to call or visit with any air gun needs!! Thanks guys!!

Visited for the first time. The owner John went way above the call to ensure all my questions and needs were met. I even learned a few tricks from him that will definitely help my marksmanship. I look forward to visiting again and meeting other customers and to share stories.

Ehh. The place is alright. The best dedicated airgun store around.... because it is the only airgun store around. Their selection is kind of limited, but they can order anything for you, but I can also order anything for myself as well. And that is what brings us to the biggest problem with this store, their return policy. They do not allow any returns for any reason at all. If I am paying such a higher percentage through them instead of what I could get it online, then what is the benefit if they will not honer their sales and allow refunds? If something is not working as it should be then they tell you to deal with it with the manufacture.
I can buy nearly anything online, with even 2 day shipping, and still get it much cheaper than what they are selling the product for. And most airgun online retailers are wonderful to work with as far as returns are concerned. So what real benefit do I have to come to this store?
The indoor range is nothing worthwhile to go to. It is just too short and they do not allow lead projectiles. Shooting airguns at state parks is free.
Whenever I go there and the bald guy with glasses is there, he is on the phone just making small talk for more than half of the time... every time.
I will still give this review 3 stars, and the only reason being is that one of the guys that works there (not the bald one with glasses) was extremely nice and helpful.
My biggest issue overall is the no return policy. For that alone, I will only shop here if I need something the same day.
EDIT: I will add this in as well. There was a product that I wanted to purchase that I can find from every online retailer for $180. This guy is selling it for $300!!!! That is an INSANE mark up, especially to not back your product if it is defective. If I am going to pay such a massively higher price tag then I should get some perks with it like being able to exchange it at the store if defective... not being told to deal with it with the manufacture. This guy is just nuts.

I took my three teenage girls there . The owners John and Zee were very helpful and informative in getting us started. My girls 16, 14 & 12 have never held or used a gun of any kind prior. The team made sure to stress safety 1st but in an fun and mindful way. We rented equipment and found everything to be clean and in great working order. The girls picked out fun targets to shoot and enjoyed developing their skill. The prices are reasonable and there is a great selection of products to choose from if your looking to buy or rent. We all had a great time, the girls love their first experience in the shooting arts in a safe, clean environment. I would recommend this activity for all. If you have ever been interested in shooting at all .. This is a great place to start or to practice your skills . The girls are already asking when we can go again.

Great place to shoot air rifles and owners are both very knowledgeable about products and maintain a very safe and well kept shooting environment. Looking forward to visiting more in the future and taking some friends along with me!

Great place. Owners are great people that treat you right, are super helpful and aren't just looking for sales as most shops are. Good selection of latest products as well. Glad we made the hour+ trip there from the south shore. Will be headed back soon for sure.

Have been there multiple times. Great atmosphere, knowledgeable staff and very clean indoor range/facility. They have many different types of air guns for sale and best part about it you can rent multiple types of air guns to rent which lets try out before buying them, plus you don t have to pay shipping costs if you buy locally obviously. Definitely a fun way to spend an afternoon.

John and everyone were great! My daughter and son had never shot before and they offered a safety class for first timers, and then talked them through how to use their BB rifle and gave them hands on tips all along. We will definitely be back!

Awesome place... so many guns to choose from. Safety training before you get to go on the range.

If you want to fire a gun without all the New England rules about guns, this is the best place to go

Me and two of our classmates who interested in airguns. We have a really good time at there. They are really patient to help you with airguns. We will come back sometimes.

To the guy below, it is kind of messed up to get mad at a company for shipping issues in the pandemic. There was a congress hearing yesterday where the new post master ceo explains the shipping delays and how corona exacerbated all postal problems. Sure it would have been nice to send it premium shipping that costs 100-200 bucks and wipes out their margin. This is a local business that still charges web prices. Thanks for supporting local business. Good move. Something did not go entirely to plan. I have a hard time believing they were not accommodating because I just met this business not long ago and was shocked by their level of customer care and how the owner goes the extra mile to really take care of everyone. Remember what momma said, you git what ya give !
I have only been here once and can assure you from my experience this is a class act establishment. I would not go elsewhere and I trust this company.

I have been messageing with a person at this shop for about a week about an air pistol that is about 20 to 25 years old the Walther Nighthawk well mine broke about 3 years ago and after a year of searching i found this shop and the guy i hav bin messageing said yes sure we can get that fixxed bring down or mail it im definitely going to bring it down after christmas and new years i cant wait to see the shop and firing range.. See u guys soon... And to who ever i was messageing at the shop thank u dude ur the man!!!
