Ordered pellets online, drove 1.5 hrs to find the store does not open until 5p. ( my fault ) I asked for a refund on my order and was told I would still have to pay a fee.
I get exactly what your saying, it would appear that there is a great deal of money to be made in fees at the rate they charge. I mean 20% and an extra 5% for using a credit card online, and the kicker is you pay for all shipping no matter if it was free or not. I asked for a rough time frame for delivery and was told they had no idea cause they just order from someone else and they did not get a time frame from them. Lots of money to be had at charging at the very least 25% for doing nothing.
