To the guy below, it is kind of messed up to get mad at a company for shipping issues in the pandemic. There was a congress hearing yesterday where the new post master ceo explains the shipping delays and how corona exacerbated all postal problems. Sure it would have been nice to send it premium shipping that costs 100-200 bucks and wipes out their margin. This is a local business that still charges web prices. Thanks for supporting local business. Good move. Something did not go entirely to plan. I have a hard time believing they were not accommodating because I just met this business not long ago and was shocked by their level of customer care and how the owner goes the extra mile to really take care of everyone. Remember what momma said, you git what ya give !
I have only been here once and can assure you from my experience this is a class act establishment. I would not go elsewhere and I trust this company.
