This company supplies you with the finest ingredients, efficacy at its best i only wish they have more packaging choices

Great place to buy your supplies! Clean, HUGE, accurate, they have many items we formulators need for making creams, lotions, shampoos, etc. They're missing some key ingredients which we have to (unfortunately) order elsewhere, but prices are good and service is fantastic.
Their display room is very helpful because you can actually use the tester essential oils to smell before ordering! And the selection is large.
Wish we could buy and carry out in-store rather than just ordering online first!

I normally don't leave negative reviews, I like to give all businesses the benefit of the doubt, especially during a pandemic, but after 3 weeks of this company ghosting on me, I feel its necessary so others don't get the same treatment.

I ordered from these guys 3 weeks ago and have not even had my order leave the warehouse. They have not contacted me about anything since I placed (and paid for) the order. I have called 3 times and left messages and have heard NOTHING from them. I have also reached out via email and still no response. Honestly, I dont care about my shipment being late (although it would have been nice to know), but the blatant disrespect in not returning calls is unjustifiable.

I love their melt and pour soaps, a little cheaper shipping would make them go longways. I would like to work with them/ for them.

I have found ND products (E.O.s) to be most consistent compared with other companies. The delivery is efficient, communication is excellent.
Only suggestions, wider mouth on Shea butter/butter containers please?
Any other options to so much plastic in packaging?
Love to see ND get super fine pumice back :) plus add natural colouring (annatto, indigo, alkenet, turmeric , madder and Brazilian purple clay etc) so I can "one stop" shop.

When I started researching soap making during the early days of Covid isolation, little did I know one of the best soap making supply wholesalers was located right in my backyard in the GTA. I ve been ordering all my soap based and fragrance oils from them ever since. Excellent value and quality and fast service as well. I love the store pickup option which saves you the shipping fee if you live locally.

Here are just a few things I ve created with the supplies from New Directions.

Also tried a few other things - their masks and scrubs are amazing and so is the Dead Sea mud.

Products spilled all over and after we have spent thousands with this company they offer us a 3% discount on a future order. This is the second time this has happened as well! Shady business practices and they don t value their customers. We will be finding a new supplier immediately.

I would say overall, quite easy to navigate. What I like to suggest are:
1). Provide more option to choose, particularly size wise. Quite a number of options is only 100 ml, then jump to 1 litre......how about: 500 ml, even 250 ml?
2). Provide option for though slower, but cheaper way of delivery, e.g, via postal service. Lots of order doesn't need a FedEx speedy service. Sometime one only need to order one or two items, and one need to pay about the same price for a courier service, meaning, cost of good is almost doubled! Doesn't make too much sense to buy, then one would try to wait.....then u lose an order. Make sense?

I found out about this company through Google search. Pleasantly surprised to find I lived close to it and was able to order for personal use and pick up. Service was very good. Prices seem quite reasonable. I would order from them again. I didn't like the carrier oil I purchased being in a plastic bottle, but other than that no complaints. The three products I bought seem to be great quality.

The order the was taken okay, but vague on the pick up of it!! It said that I would be notified by email when the order was ready! Then below that s said you had 10 days to pick the order up!! 48 hours later I still have no notification.

I order big potato sacks of dead sea salt for baths from these folks. I love the customer service, and I got a peek of their warehouse - it was so clean and smelled amazing! The girl at the front counter as so nice and sweet too. I love this company!!!!

My experience of shopping with New Direction Aromatics and their customer support team has been exceptional. They are fast at responding to any queries and their prices for fragrance oils are very very competitive and in many cases they are the cheapest on the market with excellent fragrance throw; both hot and cold for my soy candles. My go to place for my small business. Their shipping is affordable and fast.

I m really upset that you have a Mark up on the 20 L lotion that I always buy, within a year and a half u marked it up three times I own a company and I have never done this to my clients, what makes me sad as I love this lotion and I can t change so by taking advantage of us is not cool, Ive put this order in two days ago and your lotion was 168 I went the following day to put my order in and you had it up over $200 this should against the law you marked it up three times already in the past year and a half thanks for taking a vantage of the Covic Pandemic, and I know this is your busiest time and you re making great money it is for me but I m not making a mark up this high

New Directions has been a part of our family for over 10 years. Happily we have had an amazing experience everytime. Thank you for bringing exceptional products and always adding to you product list exponentially.

No one responds their customer service emails. One person was nice enough to respond 1 day after my first email, but I never heard back from anyone else after. I've sent several follow ups and also called with no response. Their customer service only goes through to a voicemail. Their voicemail says they'll return calls within 24 hours - but I've never gotten a call back. Very poor service and very confused with how they handle their customer service inquiries.

Shopping on the website is a joy, excellent quality essential oils, a top notch company to deal with

I have been ordering from NDA for about six years (on and off) now. Though on the website they no longer share the ancient uses of some of the oils, I still very much enjoy reading the descriptions/info. The oils are amazing to use in my homemade products. I'm glad to have been introduced to them. My orders are always packaged well, protecting every bottle.
I'm also excited to say that I now live semi-closer to them and can't wait to make a visit.

These products are just amazing! In 4 months I've ordered 3 different scents. I will never buy essentials oils from anywhere else. What's great is that there is no minimum order and the location is in Mississauga, so it's easy to pick up rather than waiting for delivery. The office staff and receptionist are great too!!

I am always happy with the products I receive and the quality is great. They have some of the best prices and I never had any problems while ordering products unlike other similar companies. They ship fast and I never had a problem with a product being back order. I like that there is a lot of information available about each ingredients on the website and I also appreciate there is no more administration fees on the ordering online. The shipping can be pricey, but even then, the price is still good compared to the competition.

I also absolutely love that they have such a great choice in organics. The website is easy to navigate and the information provided is extensive. The ONLY thing I would love to see added, would be usage rates for the essential oils.

I wrote a review sometime within the past 2 - 3 weeks regarding Sandalwood nature identical oil that has never been posted. Wondering why? I was disappointed in the product and, had several others written a review that shared a similar experience to my own, I may not have purchased it it is considerably costlier than any EO I ve used before. I know reviews are screened for authenticity but you d easily have been able to verify that I m a customer.

I love the product I have ordered and received from New Directions. I have referred some of my friends and family to New Directions. My only issue was my last order where an item was not in stock. The method of payment was to charge the whole amount including the out of stock item. Then the process to retrieve the credit was not pleasant. It took pretty much a whole month of checking my bank statement looking for the refund and sending texts to Costumer service on a daily basis. After the first couple of weeks, I was never going to get the $65.00 back.

Great customer service! Shipping is reasonably fast. I ordered a medium sized haul of essential oils and carriers, so far I ve only used their coffee oil and my batch of mocha coffee bean soap smells morning heaven! Their EO are definitely potent.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the last four essential oils that I purchased. I ve been purchasing some of your essential oils for many many years. And I feel the quality is not the same.

I am a customer who has used this company for a long time. So far, I have ordered soy wax and scents here to make my candles. But the soy wax I received from my last order was terrible. Wax, which has a sour and unpleasant scent, could not make a good finished product, and I only heard from them that the product was fine. They told me that the product I bought was the final sale. If I lived close to that place, I wanted to ask you to go smell the wax right away, but I live too far away. I've used a lot of soy wax, but it really made me feel bad, and it was wax that couldn't make candles. I couldn't even satisfy their custom service. I'll check. Send me a little bit. Isn't that the right response? This company just said that we have never received a complaint before. So you're saying I made up my scent? I feel bad even talking about this again, but I'm talking about it again because it's written in the email asking me to tell you about the custom service. I'm still keeping the box in my studio.

Very high Shipping and Handling Charges to this day on New Directions Aromatics. Over $25.00 to ship UPS Ground 4 small products that together weigh only 71.1 oz. I myself will be staying away from New Directions Aromatics forever at these high & overpriced Shipping and Handling Charges that I myself will not pay for such little weight in Product. My Shopping Cart only contained $25.76 in Products when I did the Shipping Estimate which I totally refused to pay & immediately removed all of their Products from the Shopping Cart that I had added for purchase from them.
