I love New Directions' excellent products and fair prices. New Directions delivers what it promises. BUT Fedex doesn't. I paid an extra amount to have a signature required on delivery. The package arrived today, delivered by Fedex but no signature was required. Do I get a credit from New Directions?
New Directions has hardly ever disappointed me with quality but the shipping cost does... wish it could be less of a charge .

I love the quality of the products as well as the delivery times, though I am unimpressed about the size of soap bases changing. For the extremely toxic product from China that I bought it last time and I can't use it in my soap or cream because it is extremely dangerous for the environment and skin.

I have really enjoyed the fragrances that I have purchases so far summer scent wise but wish that there were more creative fall scents to choose from such as flannel, different pie scents, fall foliage etc.
I love ordering from New Directions! I do shop around for pricing and many of their prices are lower than other suppliers. They ship fairly quickly and I've never had an issue with packages leaking, products missing or being substituted or being damaged. NDA is definitely one of my go-to suppliers for my bath and body business.
