No one responds their customer service emails. One...
No one responds their customer service emails. One person was nice enough to respond 1 day after my first email, but I never heard back from anyone else after. I've sent several follow ups and also called with no response. Their customer service only goes through to a voicemail. Their voicemail says they'll return calls within 24 hours - but I've never gotten a call back. Very poor service and very confused with how they handle their customer service inquiries.
