If they ask you to work in a different location, the extra travel time in working hours is unpaid and again at your own expense. They accept sickness at first but still write them away as a free time that you have to catch up, then again in your own time. If you arrive at 09.00 on time, the first employee has to come and make the work lists so you often have to wait half an hour in, you guessed it, your own free time. They do not do performance interviews, even if you ask for them. In four years time no letter put on paper. Ask you more than a month in advance, well in time a day off for your birthday they tell you in that week that you have to come to work. If you say something annoyed about it, they think you may be a little nicer to the leadership ... Call and ask for clarification then they will bark you and tell you that you are rude. First employee gossipes, barks girls and calls them behind their back for stupid Mongols and worse. All in all not a nice and very impersonal company to work for. If you leave after 4 years there is no thank you or a friendly note. Work lts not good, pay 10,62 in a houre lts like a slave work. Supervisors are not correct i'am happy not Working for this company..... i must work 7 day's a week if i ask free it was like big no thay hate you ....
