I love the product I have ordered and received from New Directions. I have referred some of my friends and family to New Directions. My only issue was my last order where an item was not in stock. The method of payment was to charge the whole amount including the out of stock item. Then the process to retrieve the credit was not pleasant. It took pretty much a whole month of checking my bank statement looking for the refund and sending texts to Costumer service on a daily basis. After the first couple of weeks, I was never going to get the $65.00 back.
