Visited just for the hope that there may be some "fart" car available for lease. I was shocked with an excellent customer service provided by Christopher Langley even though I told him that it is very unlikely I am going to be able to afford anything beyond fart car. Christopher went above and beyond to find anything within mentioned price range and was treating me with respect answering straight any questions I had. I definitely will visit him when my financial situation will be better.

New Country Motors was great. Don Salierno took care of all my needs and wants when I was ordering my car. He was very helpful and called every couple of days to see if I needed any type of help with my new car. Don also took about an hours worth of time to explain and show me how every button worked in the car !!!!

Car buying can be a stressful experience but if you're lucky enough to find the right dealer and sales people the experience can be easy. This was my first Mercedes purchase and I worked with Faven Micael and Cherif Diouf. Feven and Cherif went WAY out of their way to make the experience a fantastic one. GREAT PRICE and service. Best car buying experience I've ever had. EVER!!! I've been back to the dealership since my purchase and been fortunate to run into them. They are awesome to work with. Ask for them when you get there, you won't be disappointed.

The professionalism of my sales consultant, Don Salierno along with Mark Hoch and Jerrold Winful, made this a stress free experience. Don was extremely courteous, accommodating and professional at all times through the process. I appreciated Don's friendliness and quick follow through with any questions I had. Charif and Salem were great sales men, very caring...

Charif and Salem were great sales men, very caring and understanding. However, the issues come with the brand. I purchased a 2020 GLE 350 and despite of loving the aesthetics of the vehicle, it has been a colossal disappointment. Tons of Rattles, jerky behavior from the transmission, ambient lighting not working properly and unusual wind noises coming from the A-pillars. Unacceptable for a car that costs over $64k. The vehicle has spend 3 weeks at the service department within the first month of ownership. It was returned back to me fixed, yet, every single issue still persisting. Now, feeling neglected!

In the market for a new vehicle and heard from a friend / colleague about New Country Mercedes in Hartford. Very glad to have stopped in to check out the stock, as the facility was immaculate and the staff were friendly and informative. The representative I spoke with briefly (Devin) was very knowledgeable and eager to answer any question I had. While I did go in a different direction for my new vehicle, I will most certainly recommend to anyone shopping Mercedes moving forward!

Worst dealership to do business with. Took my car in for repairs and it came out worst than how it went in, and the dealer failed to take responsibility for the additional damage done to the car. Total cost to cover their damage was over $5,000.00.

I'm writing this review because I could not let the excellent service and attention I was given by the salesman Chris Rueli go unnoticed. He greeted me in a most friendly manner, and directed me to view the car I was looking for. It was a GLK 350- It is a beauty, Black and tan interior.Chris could not be more helpful in setting up the purchase date so that I could drive the car home. After directing me on how to get the most money for my classic 560 SL convertible, I was able to purchase the GLK with ease.Chris took time to get various accessories such as a first aid kit
and trunk cover for the preowned car. It was my pleasure doing business with New Country Motors again due to the fine service and attentiveness provided by Chris Rueli and the staff at New Country Motors.

I usually don t like to leave reviews, let alone bad ones. This place just has the worst customer service in the service & maintenance department. Sales clerk on the front desk think that they are the actual owners of Mercedes Benz brand. They will talk to you with an attitude and such disrespect, pushing to sell overpriced services you don t even need. A few of the clerks are normal but some are very aggressive and pushy. Unfortunately, the department gets a poor review for hiring some bad apples. I no longer go here and have already found outstanding service at a different Benz dealership. Do yourself and your car a favor and avoid this place. Don t waste your time, not worth it

Horrible experience. They are extremely unprofessional with time management and sent me the shuttle very late. I was stuck at my work with no car for more than one hour. Shuttle came past 6pm.
Also I went for the problem of a pull in my car. They did an alignment (not sure if that was the problem and its their responsibility to find if it was or not) and charged me. The problem was not fixed, the car had the same problem. When I tried to contact them, they just justify themselves. I paid for nothing.
I am sure if I went to any other service center, they would be honest to tell me the real problem and wouldn't charge me dishonestly. I advice you to find a other place. My experiences with other places are much better.
Also in the past, they had tried to charge me thousands to replace catalytic converter while my car was eligible for the catalytic converter under the EPA federal law. I did replace it for free, but if I did not do the research about the warranty, they would have charged me the money.
Believe me, I have done a lot of servicing with this place and spend several thousands there. I now go to other independent repair shop and they do a much better job and above all they dont charge me blindly and are honest. The new country seems not to listen and understand the problem the customer states and always eager to just suck off money from you.

Anything other than standard service will keep your vehicle there for a week, minimum! Customer service leaves something to be desired. I am still waiting to hear back from them since I left my car there 3 days ago. No response to vm or email and text.

Never again will I drive anything but a Mercedes-Benz, My salesman Don Salierno got me out of an Audi that was draining my bank and into a brand new C300.... Amazing Car. And may I point out that I am only 21 years old, and anyone who can get a 21 year old into a car like this with no hassle from banks is a genius. Thank you Don for a job well done, see you in 2 1/2 years! ;)

The parts department provides poor service and is extremely dishonest. I initially called for a price quote on 10/6/17 @ 12pm. Dennis indicated that he would need to call me back to "get it together" since the various parts needed were on different screens. I did not receive a call back from him, so I called on 10/7/17 and again on 10/9/17. I finally received a return call on the afternoon of 10/9/17. The person that called back proceeded to quote a price greater than the service department quoted for the entire service job including the parts a few days earlier. When I inquired why the parts were more without the installation, he placed me hold. When he returned, he asked for the VIN,.... again. I provided it to him. He proceeds to place me on hold and when he returned he says, "yes I see the quote here". He then proceeds to tell me the quote indicates $4300+ tax, so his $4400 "out the door" price is accurate. I then reminded him, the quote from service was the price installed. The individual then placed me on hold for more than 10 min. When he finally returned, he indicated the service department quoted the incorrect part for the repair. In addition, he indicated they quoted the job with a refurbished part? The part he was quoting was not in stock and needed to be ordered; hence, the difference in price. I then ask, which part number was used in the quote and what part number was he quoting. He reluctantly responds providing me with two digit part numbers for each. Frustrated, I asked " is the entire part number is only two digits long?" He then responds with a four digit part numbers. Since his credibility seemed entirely suspect, I called Carriage House Mercedes and provided them the VIN number only and requested the same part. Their parts person quotes the unit for thousands less than New Country. I asked him for the part number and he provides a ten digit part number. The last four of the part number "happens" to match the part number used by the service department at New Country which New Country's parts person indicated was wrong. Baffled, I then called the service advisor S. Cruz at New Country. As of the time of this post, S. Cruz has yet to return my call. Attempting to give their parts person the benefit of the doubt, I did some additional investigating and I had the actual manufacturer of the products contacted to know if there was any meaningful difference between the two parts number. The MANUFACTURER indicated, either part number can be used as the replacement for my vehicle. NEW COUNTRY PARTS, there is no need to make up a story about the "wrong" part number to cover up trying to rip someone off. New Country service, when your parts department is telling your customers the jobs that are being quoted are inaccurate, it maybe important to return a phone call and rectify the miscommunication. As a side note, I just purchased the BRAND NEW OEM part for more than $2000 less than what New Country was attempting to charge me. This was $2000 less WITHOUT a core return. Extremely disappointed! Poor poor service. Predatory pricing due to being the only Mercedes dealership in this area will just encourage people to get service elsewhere or turn in vehicles before the warranty expires to avoid dealing with this type of behavior. Shame New Country Motor Cars.

I needed an oil change so I scheduled on line everything went good. I get there and the advisor gets my keys get the information he needs from the car comes back and states that the package I chose online for a simple oil change will not cover removing the Alert on the vehicle. I m paying $180 for an oil change and changed filter and you can t remove the alert after you preform the job! He said no I would have to upgrade to the next package which includes tire rotation (I just put 4 new tire and 4 new rims don t need that), wipers (already have new ones), and remove alert for $478!!! They are crazy I YouTube and removed the alert in 3 mins.

This buying experience was almost too easy! I walked into New Country MB to test drive a used car and literally drove home with it the same day!!! Joe Sjada and Madison are outstanding professionals that put me at ease and made me feel comfortable with the whole buying process!

Although a new Mercedes wasn t in my budget, they treated me as the same as if I was purchasing the AMG GT!
There was never a point where I felt pressured to spend more or purchase add-ons that I didn t want.

I am thrilled with my purchase and undoubtedly will return here for my next vehicle.

Do yourself a favor and go to the one in North Haven. This one is waaay too expensive. For what they charge, they should have pickup and drop off service as well as 24 x 7 service hours.

In all, every time my MB has a mechanical failure, which is too often for my experience, these guys want to fix a bunch of other stuff that're not yet broken or may never fail.

I wish I could use the Philadelphia MB dealership, great service at literally half the price of either of the locations, Hartford or North Haven.

Ok, where do I begin? Never in my life have I experienced such amazing service, consideration, sensitivity to what my needs were, and anyone who went out of their way and above and beyond like Mike T. did for me and my family. This was just an amazing experience. I haven't been treated so good ever, even at a 5 star hotel. New Country Mercedes is the epitome of customer service. There wasn't a time where Mike was too busy to answer my questions, assist in creating the best deal for our budget, he even came to our home to sign papers because we couldn't get to the dealership due to such hectic schedules. Who makes house calls? Mike does. Now everyone please don't expect this man to run to your house but know that this man goes above and beyond to accommodate you. New Country, because of Mike, you have lifetime customers. My greatest hope is that you reward Mike accordingly for this kind of service. I would like to see him recognized please. This is the best car buying experience I've ever had. Chris and his manager were incredibly attentive. From the moment I called ,I could tell that Chris was knowledgeable, and he asked me all the right questions, he heard me 100%. Chris is a consummate professional. There was no haggling, and no pressure, just a smart run environment, full of kind people, that just wat to help you, and deliver a positive experience. This locations service center isn t one to be comm...

This locations service center isn t one to be commended. I visited this location twice in a week span for the same issue with my radio that has yet to be resolved, despite, leaving multiple messages with John Distefano the service director (side note don t expect a call back the emails sent after service are just routine). My radio has become increasingly intolerable while driving my sound output decreases in volume as oppose to increasing, I can no longer use my Bluetooth to place phone calls the voices are distorted and difficult to make out at times, songs with bass rattles and makes listening to music less than enjoyable. After two separate visits I was told by the service department this was happening because of the Logic 7 feature was on. I m beyond frustrated with this service I ve never had any issues with my logic 7 nor was I aware that it was even a feature until this issue occurred. However, they insisted the radio would resume to normality with the feature off. *News flash the feature is currently off and I m still experiencing the same complaints and now I m unable to use a feature that I should be able to enjoy. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO TO A LOCATION THAT VALUES THE MEANING OF EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE THIS DIAGNOSIS COULD OF BEEN MADE BY AN INEXPERIENCED TRADE SCHOOL AUTO MECHANIC STUDENT RESULTING IN THE SAME OUTCOME!

I purchase a beautiful AMG back in January of this year, loved it after a week of ownership it had issues with the headlights. Took it in for service as it was covered. They reseal the headlights and we are good to go, they had the car for a week. I get the car back same issue, I speak with the service rep I dealt with and said to bring it back. As I am going to bring the car back check engine lights show up on the dash now. At this point not even a month of ownership I had 3 experiences with this car that I shouldn't have had. Long story short I get rid of the car. I put a decent amount of cash down on the car, had a decent experience purchasing the car. They took my down payment fast they were on top of me to purchase the car...... NOW I have a refund that I am owed due to an extended coverage that I purchased. I called in February spoke to the same guy I signed papers with for the car he said I didn't need to come in he would take care of it. I still went in with all my paper work with the car being paid off and sold. He stated it would take up to 60 days to get my refund. I said no problem this isn't my first time doing this. HERE we are today, I have called left voice mails. I have spoken with RYAN, I have left messages in the business office. SO STEVE DUNHAM my friend one thing I will say is that you guys have a great sales staff to sell cars and warranties but where is the back end service? The after sales experience should not be this difficult to get answers or return a call, email maybe..... All I want is some info to where my check may be or if it was even processed. Give me call back, listen to the 8 voicemails i've left. Talk with your rep Ryan do what needs to be done to resolve this. Would I recommend this dealership to anyone else, yes if your looking for car that they have no if you want to buy a car and have the full service that you should have when your purchasing a "Mercedes" like my sales rep said. I wont say her name because it's not her fault. Ryan thanks for the call back that you promised my friend "didn't get one"

Sprinter RVers: My wife and I drive a 2018 Coachmen Galleria Recreational Vehicle and it's built on the terrific Mercedes Sprinter 3500 chassis. We sought out a high quality dealer that understands the needs of people who buy Sprinters for personal RV use. WE FOUND NEW COUNTRY to be an excellent choice.
The have a dedicated Sprinter service rep. name Brenda who helped me learn the ins and outs of my Sprinter service schedule. The price for my service was fair, (unlike the gouging quote I received from a newer MB up the road, who seemed like they didn't want to be bothered by an RV consumer).
Steve, the general manager is approachable and actually took time to discuss my use of the Sprinter as a base for my RV. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was open and courteous. I look forward to a long relationship with them.

I stopped in to New Country Mercedes because my C300 engine light was on. I had received an invite from New Country to consider turning in my lease (11 mos early mind you) and driving off in a 2013 C300 with a lower monthly payment. Sound too good to be true? I thought so. While waiting for my car to be serviced my salesperson, Mirela Cristache, whom I got the last 2 cars from, came over to say hello. I asked her about the notice I received and she told me she would look up my account and see if it was something I should pursue. 10 minutes later she asked me to come to her office. She basically presented an offer I couldn't refuse. We went out to the lot, looked at several cars and colors, and within minutes I agreed upon a car.

I want to mention that each time I have negotiated an deal with Mirela she has been unbelieveably professional and has held up her end of everything she promised. She is absolutely great to deal with and I highly recommend that you ask for her if you find yourself Mercedes shopping.

So, long story short, I drove off in a brand new car with better features than my old car and a lower monthly payment with minimum money down. So yes...it was all true. Thank you Mirela, and thank you New Country Mercedes. You have once again exceeded my expectations. I absolutley love my new car!

Had several awful experiences with service. Today's appt was my last. I will drive out of my way to get better service.
Husband and I purchased brand new tires and had Mercedes put them on and do an alignment. A little over a month later my husband notices the back tires are losing tread fast. The alignment was not done properly. I make an appointment for another alignment a week ahead and ask for a loaner. I was told at that time that an alignment takes about two hours or more and therefore, a loaner is appropriate for this type of service. On the day of the service, husband calls me from the dealership- we are expected to pay for this new alignment and he is not getting a loaner. I made 20 phone calls to try to rectify the issue with the loaner as my husband had several errands to run. Brenda Sostre, our adviser, told us we are not getting a loaner and that is the bottom line although 2 other people from the dealership told me that they can see in the computer that we are supposed to get a loaner. He was sitting in the waiting room for 3+ hours. I called corporate and filed a complaint. I want paperwork showing the alignment was done properly first time around and if it was not then why should I pay for it again.....but no one knows where the paperwork is. Tires are 2 months old and are ruined. These tires cost an arm and a leg. Brenda says to my husband its normal that your tires are losing tread fast...it is because you have large rims. THEY ARE ORIGINAL MERCEDES RIMS THAT COME WITH THE VEHICLE BRENDA!!

I recently contacted New Country Mercedes-Benz regarding a car that I saw listed as a CPO vehicle at Mercedes' site. I contacted the dealer regarding the car which was well priced. I received a prompt reply from the GM which I appreciated and even when I was told the car was priced incorrectly and that the actual price was about $5,000 more I was completely fine. In my email correspondence I was very up front that I was still interested in the car and that I wanted some details regarding the CPO report, condition, etc and that if all looked well I would fly up to buy the car and then arrange to have it shipped to me. Fast forward about 17 hours to the next business day I received a message that I would be getting the details I asked for in an email. Then nearly a 7 hours later after not receiving the info I'm told they sold and delivered the car from a buyer that came in today which is the day following my initial contact and back and forth with two separate employees from New Country.

I completely understand that a buyer standing on your lot presents a great opportunity to sell a car but I'm shocked that a Mercedes-Benz dealer would not provide the courtesy of giving me a call, after-all I was waiting on them for the next step which they had inherently agreed to.

Buying a car is an investment which should a conversation between the buyer and the dealer. My communication was very upfront and I truly was disappointed by the lack of transparency and courtesy from this dealer.

I'm a new Mercedes car owner through New Country Motor Cars. Brought my car in for servicing last week for the first time. What a great experience. All the Service Department folks were so helpful and nice. Customer Service was beyond exemplary. My car was washed & vacuumed as part of the service, and I didn't have to worry about filling the gas tank for the loaner before returning! Very convenient!!!

Service department is very friendly! Unfortunately I have been having bad experiences. I took my suv for oil change few days after I noticed that some kind of oil was leaking. Before going in I had no leaks and they did not inform me of any. I paid for a diagnosis., they checked it and it was the power steering fluid. The next day I noticed that it was not leaking anymore, I was happy but I checked the container and guess what? No, none steering fluid what so ever, bone dry. Coincidence? they forgot to fill it?
I dont want to drive it until we go down (out of my way) to the dealer.
Im having husband go down to the dealer to buy the fluid. I think the mechanics need to be more attentive.

Service Review: My experiences have been positive...

Service Review: My experiences have been positive when I've taken my car to New Country. Jason Lewis was easy to deal with and was able to help identify and correct, to this point, an ongoing alignment issue that was causing uneven and fairly rapid tire wear on my 06 C350.
The staff have always been good to me and it appears that their technicians do a bang-up job also, which is key.
I have Yokohama Avid Envigor tires on the car and they get mixed reviews online as far as having poor tread life and not good in the snow while purporting to be a very good all-season tire. We will see now that the alignment issue has been corrected. I'm expecting at least 40-45K miles before I would need to consider new tires or it will be right to Yokohama to honor their warranty but that's the tire. If tread wear is poor I simply won't buy Yokos again for this car and will seek advice on a longer lasting tire. Not sure what the recommended alignment schedule is...probably once a year.
Overall very good experience here and I will continue to bring my car to New Country.

Everyone at New Country Mercedes Benz were wonderful.Our salesman, Don Salierno, spent a few days with us looking and driving different models. We told him what we wanted and received it in about a week. Our entire experience in buying our first MB was fantastic. I always thought a car was a car, until I received this car. We love this car. My husband and I recently became aware of this New Country website. After all the years we've purchased cars from and had them serviced at this dealership, we would be remiss if we didn't include our comments.

There's no doubt that Mercedes makes fine vehicles, but that's only half of the picture. The dealership is just as important and New Country scores high marks in both sales and service.

We've been satisfied customers of New Country for over 10 years. The sales people are knowledgeable and their prices have always been competitive with competing dealers and internet-based information. Our experiences with the service department for routine service and the rare techical issue have also been favorable. The true quality of a deaership, however, reveals itself when the issue falls within the grey area of whether or not it's covered. We've had two of these issues over all of these years and we couldn't be more pleased with the manner in which this dealership stepped up and resolved them to our compete satisfaction.

The odds that our next car will be a Mercedes are high, but the odds that our next car will be bought from and serviced at New Country are 100%.

Most dealerships you walk into are like a lair of white collar vultures waiting to schmooze and rush you into a deal you really don't want. Especially on pre-owned vehicles.

NONE OF THAT HERE!
The staff is very helpful, but not pushy or annoying. If you are looking for a pre-owned car, but are still considering a few options, these guys will definitely help you find something you will like. The prices are reasonable. The quality of the vehicles are great. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this location.

I was treated well right from the beginning, Don Salierno was very good with the sales end and when we needed a little more help with the final numbers, Mark Hoch the GM came through to make it all possible. I think I got a great deal on the purchase and final trade in allowance for my car. The whole process was a pleasure to go through and I would recommend them highly.

First two visits were great and then on the third one a vehicle service representative made me feel unwelcome. I got my third Mercedes, this time from Carmax, and needed a key replacement. They made me wait with no explanation and then were annoyed when I asked if someone was going to help me. This time it was a girl wearing heels, I dont remember her name. It was the first time I showed my wife MB dealership too and she felt embarrassed by staff. Unfortunately, they were not helpful at all. :/ I will take my business elsewhere.

Went to New Country looking for a C series. Place is very clean and was welcomed by a couple of employees who offered coffee/beverages. I was introduced to Avneesh Naran. His customer service was outstanding. He was professional and informative. More importantly, Avneesh was very receptive. While I went looking for a C series, he listened to what was important to me and suggested a GLC SUV. After going through options, features and benefits, we decided to go for a test drive. Upon returning, I realized he was right and the GLC was the choice for me.
Unfortunately, despite Avneesh's efforts, they couldn't work with me to get it to the price point I was hoping for. I would certainly have given a 5 Star rating had they been able to work with me. Hopefully New Country leadership sees this and recognizes Avneesh Naran is a true asset to their Team.

Update: 2/3/2020

After the above, i received an email directly from the GM Steve Dunham, following up on my experience. The day after my reply, my Sales rep Avneesh Naran called me to deliver great news that i hoped for. Long Story short, 4 days later, I became a proud owner of a CL300!! This location is clearly customer oriented. From top down, New Country MB of Hartford clearly have the customers' experience and satisfaction as a top priority. I have given a 5 STAR review and would recommend New Country as THE placed for your next vehicle.

So this review is long overdue. 2 months ago, took my car to NCMB for a problem i was having with a trim piece on rear bumper. Ashley Bouchette was extremely pleasant to deal with and showed concern with my issue. She took photos and recorded my concern and then looped in John Distefano who took the baton from there. He explained to me what was needed and how long the process would be. Well let me tell you, the part he ordered came in ahead of schedule and they had me bring in the vehicle as soon as my schedule cleared. Ashley walked me to the waiting room where i was distracted by a beautiful 2020 AMG C63. From there i walked over to make myself a coffee and sit down. BEFORE i even finished my coffee, here comes John to shake my hand and check in. We start walking towards the service center when he tells me they were just finishing the job and asked if i would like the car washed by hand!!! Of course i said YES! Ashley mentioned that i do not like machine car washes. I was so impressed with the service here AND their teamwork that i would never take my car anywhere else. Not sure if the management is aware of the tremendous job these two do so i hope they read this review. They are true assets to the NCMB team and the reason i took the time out to write this post! It's taken multiple negative experiences for me to write this review. Constant miscommunications, broken appointments, mismanaged situations that have taken a lot of personal time to rectify. My time is also valuable and nothing ever gets accomplished without issue. Today was also combined with a bad attitude (which I've always found the staff to be pleasant and apologetic) from the greeter, Rob C. who showed no concern when I told him I am frustrated....basically said that when I called I was probably talking to someone from another state and so they are misinformed about policies.. that should never be the customers problem.

We bought Merc GLA through Mir Alvi in new country. I wrote a review before praising the sales team about how professional they were in delivering their product. 2 yrs later, we are being told that our tires have completely worn out in 20k miles when we were promised that brand new tires will be put in during the sale. I had been pretty disappointed with that fact earlier but we received a feedback from New country taking accountability and holding half end of the bargain. Pleasantly surprised and hopefully reassuring.

Had a fantastic experience here! Steve Dunham and Chris Rueli went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied through the entire process. Chris is very knowledgeable and took as much time as we needed to go over the entire car without making us feel rushed. The dealership itself is very clean and the staff really makes you feel at home . Everyone there was very friendly and professional.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would! We will definitely be back to New Country for any future purchases!

My daughter and I were interested in leasing a Smart Car for me because I needed something for running around and this car fit the bill. Fabulously good on gas, ridiculously funny to look at, and incredibly easy to park--what more do you want?!?! Our salesman, Dean, not only made the entire process painless, he also made it fun! Until we got there to pick up the car, I had NO idea what color it was--it is a very elegant, very tasteful black and silver. (Thank you tons, Dean!!) I also managed to pick up a few extras along the way and I am seriously in love with this car. We've already been besieged with questions about what it is, what happened to the rest of it, and what kind of mileage do we get. I've told just about everyone to call Dean at New Country or go online and find out. What a wonderful process this was! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dean!

Mir Alvi was awesome. He made me feel welcome and most important he wasn't a pushy sales man. He explained every step of the process. Mir keep my payments to the budget that i felt confortable at. Overall awesome service. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I must admit i was a bit intimidated about goinf into the Mercedes dealer but i will go back for my next car purchase.

The day before i went barborino nissan and had and awful experience. Not only did they tried to sell me a more expensive Mercedes 37,000 they didn't honor the internet price of the car i came in to test drive, which was listed at 27,000 they ask me for 31,000. When o ask why the price difference theh said that the cash price.. really!!!! Yeah i got 27,000 in my pocket..
I'm just glad i gave New Country Motors Cars a shot... my only regret was not doing it sooner

If you ever make a purchase in the part sales depa...

If you ever make a purchase in the part sales department of this dealership be prepared to hear a robot recite the same phrase to you over and over again when you try to make a return for a part you don't need, "All sales are final for special ordered parts." Fortunately for me this lesson cost me only $40 because i managed to fix the spare part i had ordered but they refused to make the return even though my prior business with them has been for much more money. Don't make the mistake I did, buy parts ANYWHERE ELSE unless you enjoy headaches and no customer service. Most of the employees were very nice and I think the biggest problem is the New Country Return Policy as well as the Sales Manager Dave who has no common sense and treats the people who pay his salary (consumers) like they are garbage. I understand he is in a though position but I will be making a formal complaint against him for giving the Mercedes Benz franchise a negative image and disenfranchising their customers.

Purchased a CPO 2012 E4matic a few years back. Great reliable car with minimal service needs. On Monday, typical of a light bulb, my passenger low beam went out with no notice. Attempted to replace myself but didn't want to take the chance to break the bulb holder.

Stopped by at 1PM on Tuesday, and in 10 minutes I was fully "lit" again for a rainy/foggy day. John Distefano has really turned the service department into a first class operation.
