It's taken multiple negative experiences for me to write this review. Constant miscommunications, broken appointments, mismanaged situations that have taken a lot of personal time to rectify. My time is also valuable and nothing ever gets accomplished without issue. Today was also combined with a bad attitude (which I've always found the staff to be pleasant and apologetic) from the greeter, Rob C. who showed no concern when I told him I am frustrated....basically said that when I called I was probably talking to someone from another state and so they are misinformed about policies.. that should never be the customers problem.
