Great place to go for a walk next to the ocean and with beautiful views of the northshore mountains.

One of the nicest parks in Vancouver. The views are epic 10/10. Park is well maintained. It has a decent sized playground and large public pool.

Great views. Well maintained walkways along the water. Outdoor pool and an enclosed off leash area for dogs.

This is a grassy park with specified area for dogs and two playgrounds for kids. Road side parking available and some picnic tables. There's a open area pool for summer. Picturesque views of Ironworkers bridge and North shore mountains with benches to the ocean to sit relax and enjoy watching ships and Burrared inlet.

Very nice experience at the park. It has a nice kids area, it is small though it was enjoyable. There is a soccer field, a dog offleash park, an outdoor swimming pool,l and a beach. The beach is pebbly with some rocks but some people could to get in the water to quench the heat. Parking spots were very limited..

Busy public pool with spectacular views and a small waterslide. There is lane swimming here but it's shared with a few swim clubs. There is lots of room on the pool deck but it fills up quickly. The water is perfect, temperature-wise, and the front office staff are very nice and helpful. The lifeguards have to deal with a lot of dangerous behavior but they're attentive and quick to ask people to cooperate. They allow pool floats and have showers and bathroom facilities.

Such a beautiful place to spend the day, at a quiet beach. There's an open field, a dock, and even little crabs. I can't wait to come back!!

Riverfront and secluded park. Calm n quiet place to just relax.

I used to go here as a kid back then it was called Windermere park always a beautiful spot, dog park is a bonus!

Just plain love it a must check out if your in the hood. Place for kids to play a pool washrooms. Or have a nice stroll through with pup. Flip rocks to find crabs ;) and it is not safe to swim in the waters there.

Quiet and spacious. There's a dog park in it and it's on a pretty nice piece of ground. It's right by the bridge and a Viterria facility, with ports across the river so the scenery is quite industrial. There are a handful of picnic table scatter across (counted around 6) but most people prefer the grass.

Love New Brighton Park! Nice views, walking paths and beaches although swimming in the ocean is highly not recommended. Too close to factories and riptides are dangerous. There is an outdoor pool open in the summer. It is currently being redeveloped. It is a great place to bring your dog, they have just built an enclosed off leash area. However many people illegally let their dogs roam free all over outside of the off leash areas, disregarding Vancouver leash law in public areas. Use caution if you are walking a dog who doesn't get along with other dogs, and always be aware of aggressive dogs not on leashes. If dog owners would be more responsible here, it would be a really great environment.
