Practical store when you can't find it in other fnacs

I went to pick up books ordered on their site, this fnac store had them all in stock. The order was ready quickly and I got them at a very good price (cheaper than at amazon).

Following my order on the site, the product is shipped several weeks late. After 6 weeks, the package is "delivered" may not be at the right address because I do not receive anything.

Poor customer service at the ticket counter. I bought a ticket on the fnac website for a show. The next day, which was also the day of the show, I could not attend the show anymore and had to cancel my ticket. The website said free cancellation IN STORE. I went into the fnac store on the Champs Elysees, walked up to the ticket counter and explained myself. The woman at the desk insisted that she could not cancel my ticket and that I needed to do it online. After telling her what the website said, she still insisted that she could not cancel it and that I would have to do so online. I checked online just in case but there was the message FREE CANCELLATION IN STORE. To make a long story short I could not make it to another fnac which was open in time to cancel my ticket (it was a Sunday) and ended up losing a good bit of money as a result. Disgusted.

Nothing to say, a neat, nice Fnac, very close to the Arc de Triomphe. Despite the number of people, the staff takes the time to help you, is nice and is also good advice.
