I just swapped an iPad bought last week. The device was totally defective and the exchange was made without difficulties. On the other hand, do not wait for any excuse, it will not come! As for the gesture that could make you forget the time lost and the disappointment, forget too! The quality department has not yet worked in this company and the concept of customer is not really integrated!

The main quality of this place is the dressing in marble tiles with some unreleased DVD's but you should know that the cultural offer is quite derisory, and more and more over the years.

We will notice a big place given to the computers, to the technique, & to the enclosures: this store is definitively removed from its former and deceased competitor "Virgin", closed in 2013 and to the much wider choice in music!
