Following my order on the site, the product is shipped several weeks late. After 6 weeks, the package is "delivered" may not be at the right address because I do not receive anything.
After numerous exchanges, complaints and calls to fnac customer service, I don't get any satisfactory answer or any refund: after 2 months of litigation, I am suggested to go and make a statement to the police and if this does not succeed not that I should apply for my home insurance.
I have still not been reimbursed to date. Customer service walks me with unacceptable response times since it's been 2 months that it lasts. NEVER MORE.
Fnac is a brand to flee which has just lost a loyal client in the past. And it seems that I am not the only one given the opinions that I have been able to find on the internet.
My opinion is therefore never to order at fnac, you have no guarantee. To flee.
