This location has electronics and games, laptops, and related accessories. It does not have PC components aside from keyboards, mice, and monitors. The employees speak varying levels of English from "No anglais" to almost perfect and full vocabulary. You'll get best results (anywhere in France) by TRYING to speak as much French as you can, and when it fails apologize and ask if they speak English. See below for some tips.

This location DOES have power converters to go from to French plugs from US, UK, etc. Do your own research though - the plugs we bought work well in France, but were incompatible with almost everything in Italy and Sweden.

Do you speak English?: "Parlez-vous anglais ?" (Pahr-lay voo ahnglay)

Google Translate is both your friend, and not your friend. It will make you understood, but it will not make you sound like you learned French at all. As a wise taxi driver here told me, to do that, parrot what the French say. Say it like they say it.

Very well placed and salespeople who take the time to provide information.

Store offering a wide choice of products but like other signs installed on the Champs, parking is strict and highly regulated. Of course underground car parks are still paying.

Small Fnac "extra", located on the Champs-Elysees, not a lot of articles. It opens until midnight. So a Fnac style station hall but without a station with instead the Champs-Elysees.

It's open kind of late which is good. I've been going there for years.

Not one of the best I've went to, small compared to other Fnac stores. I was looking for office supplies and could barely find anything, but didn't really look at the rest.

None of the equipment samples were connected. None of the sellers paid attention to us in 20 minutes.

The store has taken the trouble to set up a direction of traffic ... not respected by customers (click, it's obvious and only 2m away: in no way restrictive) but the security agents who circulate say nothing to invite customers to do it ... too bad, so much effort to get there

Nice book and electronics chain shop at Champs Elysees. Good range of mobile phones, laptops, TVs, toys etc. It is probably best for books and certainly comics. Expect crowds due to the central location.

and THE WORST: 30 minutes of waiting for the exchange of an article because they had the good idea to manage the exchanges in the same after-sales service (imagine the wait ...) when they could be managed in checkout as in all the brands ... BRIEF ...
