Poor customer service at the ticket counter. I bought a ticket on the fnac website for a show. The next day, which was also the day of the show, I could not attend the show anymore and had to cancel my ticket. The website said free cancellation IN STORE. I went into the fnac store on the Champs Elysees, walked up to the ticket counter and explained myself. The woman at the desk insisted that she could not cancel my ticket and that I needed to do it online. After telling her what the website said, she still insisted that she could not cancel it and that I would have to do so online. I checked online just in case but there was the message FREE CANCELLATION IN STORE. To make a long story short I could not make it to another fnac which was open in time to cancel my ticket (it was a Sunday) and ended up losing a good bit of money as a result. Disgusted.
