I got to this boat by chance in the morning - there was no one else at the Mermaid. So I got a private tour (short of a drunken local). Didn't even pay them (I did have a ticket for Stromma - different company)

Really nice tour through Copenhagen and a great way to get a first overview over the city and some quick informations about some of the buildings/sights. Price seems very fair for what you get. The boat isn't the newest, but very safe to use. The guide gives info in danish, english as well as german. But her german was bad - to say the least. You'll get WAY less information if you are only capable of understanding german.
Other than that I highly enjoyed the tour and would like to note that you could also use the boats, if your walking is impaired (not useable with a wheelchair though). The steps leading to the pier are the most difficult because there is no handrail to hold on to but after that, you'll be fine.

Top Tour!

Top Tour!
Very informative, good english and german!
13.50 for two people and a 60 minute tour is significantly cheaper than the "glossy" provider in the area. Highly recommended!

Good value, great value even at 50 kroner a head, basic boat for an outstanding commentary by the young woman commenting the tour in English and Danish. She is a star, and if I had any chance to get her hired I would have dropped my card and put her in contact with our PR department. It feels like she would be able to make corporate content delivery interesting.

For half the price of "Canal and Boat Tours", you'll be able to join a non-stop 1-hour ride of the waterways around Copenhagen accompanied to a bilingual guide after having walked the usual family walk in Copenhagen for many years, this ride really gave us a new perspective of this capital city. I would recommend you visit on the weekends though, because then the canal to the inner city is open!

it is very beautiful, a real postcard ... But, unfortunately, it is also tourist. It has been a long time since the countless restaurants along the pier don't care what they serve you, but just how much they will charge you. For those who know ... It is a small local Rambla.

Used our Copenhagen card to access.

Left and returned on time as planned.
1 hour was just the right amount of time.
Good views of house boats, military base, little mermaid statue and lots of buildings of interest.
Retractable windows meant we could keep the rain off when needed.
Guide was knowledgeable and quite amusing.
Nothing fancy but great view of a wonderful city.

Enjoyable boat ride through the city. Sit on the edge so you can stand up for a better view, the right side might also have better views at the start as at first the make a loop and describe things on the right. If you have an aisle seat you can t stand up. Buggies are left at the port before you get on.

Completely overrun. From felt 50 restaurants not a single typical Danish. Only louder Irish / American / French and so on. This is a pity. In addition, completely overpriced. However, the harbor cruise is worth the money because you can see pretty much all sights.

We had a great time. It was included with our Copenhagen card. Even if it s cold, sit out back. It lasts about an hour, the guides are really great. It is a good way to see some great architecture and a view of the city from the water.

Tourist tour for tourists and us locals, who bring a Coke on the trip and enjoy coziness, views and good talk along the way. See Copenhagen's canals and some of the old Copenhagen with adorable Nyhavnshuse, The Little Mermaid, Christiansborgs, the royal ship and the Blox building and more. Good that there is a difference in prices and the net boats are as good as the other tour boats of this type and route.

I found it an excellent and relaxing tour. Take the time to visit this site. It is a tour that allows you to know the city from another perspective. It is expected that you take many photos with different angles and with all the time in the world. The boat is clean and the environment tidy. This site is very close to other attractions, such as Amalienborg, Castellet and the Little Mermaid. Hop On Hop Off bus stops are nearby. It is a very nice area to walk and visit the old port.

Super harbor tour. Unfortunately, the offered German-speaking tour is an absolute disaster. Not only is much less information conveyed than in English or Danish, but also in such bad German that it was almost impossible to understand.

If the weather is good, there is not much better than taking a trip around Copenhagen harbor. You sail past many of the historic buildings in Copenhagen, and are told many good and broadly Sanne stories about the things you sail past. The price of such a trip is affordable for most.

The boat excursion is wonderful - especially if you have such great weather, as we The tour is about 1 hour and leaves the most beautiful sights of the city. There were explanations in three languages, including German. The prices are also reasonable - about 7 EUR per adult. The organizer at the front costs much more for the same route.
Highly recommended

Completely hopeless project. Have contacted the Netto boats last week to book 60 seats, but have not heard anything from them. This morning I tried to call. I was number 3 in line. After over 20 minutes of waiting and after becoming number 1 in the queue, I was thrown off. Afterwards, I tried again. After approx. 2o minutes I went from being number 4 to number 1 but was thrown off again. Have just tried again, but this time I started as number 7, so I just give up. Have asked them to return but they have not. Completely and completely unsatisfactory! Have now tried 2 more times and with the same result. Have also - twice - tried to book through their reservation system, but have not heard anything here, so now we have chosen a more professional solution.

To full. We came twice to take a tour. First time they seen us coming but took off and left us at the pier. Second time we came the boot was already full. You are better off taking a bicycle. You see more and save yourself frustration.

It's cheap but great. Do not sit in the back, otherwise you will get smoke on you coming out from the exhaust.
The one small minus if the guide doesn't talk loud enough. But you can hear him fine if you concentrate a bit.

Suuuper nice trip.
Despite the high party atmosphere from the undersigned and 3 friends, they were super prof. And entertained us all.
No sour mines and delicious clean boat.

Tour guide had excellent English and the description and history of the various places of interest was delivered brilliantly, felt like one was listening to a story. Tour boat was covered during the winter and felt warm. Although the guide did caution people not to stand when boat was going under low bridges at the beginning of the tour, it would be great if that caution is repeated everytime the tour boat approached a low bridge.

We were in Copenhagen for four days in August 2019 and the first thing we did was this Canal Tour - it is a must-do in Copenhagen! I didn't catch the Guide's name but he was great giving clear commentary in Danish, English and German. It was awesome seeing all the highlights and hearing the history!

If you have a Copenhagen card make sure you get it scanned in the booth before getting on the boat. The Copenhagen card website says it can be scanned on the boat - which is not the case. The lady who let me on the boat suggested that I get the card scanned after the ride and I was very grateful. I think it's to ensure you do not go twice. The tour itself is great - a wonderful way to see the city.

The best thing to say about the Net Boats is the p...

The best thing to say about the Net Boats is the price: 20, - for children, 50, - for adults. So far so good. As a local, it is nice to take a canal tour and see its city from the water side a few times a year. As a tourist attraction for visitors - not least international - the tours are sometimes toe-crunching embarrassing when the inexperienced guides, in a moderate school English and miserable German (without just having made a check among the audience, whether there were any German tourists present) bump helplessly the guide manuscript, read from a folder. These were the conditions when we took part in an afternoon trip from Holmen's Church on Constitution Day.

One is to hire unconditional (affordable?) Young people to carry out the guide task. Another is that you do not make the slightest quality assurance of the script you equip the employees with, and do not cast the guides a little better and hire them according to talent and desire to convey. When you stumble into your school German and ask the guests to pay attention to the Skuespilhuset links , when the sight is rechts for the paying guests, it's bad. On the trip through Christians Havn's canal, we must also know - in Danish, English and German - that the guide will now take a break because the local residents feel embarrassed by the many canal tours that pass by every day. Unnecessary information that I am fine with not getting.

Net Boats: Your sympathetic prices lift the trip from one to two stars. But there is plenty of room for improvement. Invest if necessary. in automatic guide system, so there is both the opportunity to take the tour in your own language - or just to enjoy a quiet ride through the city's canals in silence. - Otherwise, I imagine there are lots of young people (maybe even students with relevant knowledge) who want summer holiday jobs with you, who can convey in the target groups' language, tell stories and show their city with enthusiasm and pride.

Unfortunately, you could not deliver the other day!
