The best thing to say about the Net Boats is the price: 20, - for children, 50, - for adults. So far so good. As a local, it is nice to take a canal tour and see its city from the water side a few times a year. As a tourist attraction for visitors - not least international - the tours are sometimes toe-crunching embarrassing when the inexperienced guides, in a moderate school English and miserable German (without just having made a check among the audience, whether there were any German tourists present) bump helplessly the guide manuscript, read from a folder. These were the conditions when we took part in an afternoon trip from Holmen's Church on Constitution Day.

One is to hire unconditional (affordable?) Young people to carry out the guide task. Another is that you do not make the slightest quality assurance of the script you equip the employees with, and do not cast the guides a little better and hire them according to talent and desire to convey. When you stumble into your school German and ask the guests to pay attention to the Skuespilhuset links , when the sight is rechts for the paying guests, it's bad. On the trip through Christians Havn's canal, we must also know - in Danish, English and German - that the guide will now take a break because the local residents feel embarrassed by the many canal tours that pass by every day. Unnecessary information that I am fine with not getting.

Net Boats: Your sympathetic prices lift the trip from one to two stars. But there is plenty of room for improvement. Invest if necessary. in automatic guide system, so there is both the opportunity to take the tour in your own language - or just to enjoy a quiet ride through the city's canals in silence. - Otherwise, I imagine there are lots of young people (maybe even students with relevant knowledge) who want summer holiday jobs with you, who can convey in the target groups' language, tell stories and show their city with enthusiasm and pride.

Unfortunately, you could not deliver the other day!
