The cheaper option for canal tours in Copenhagen center
A really nice tour for about 50 minutes, and absolutely worthy to spend the money for this amazing and comfortable tour!
We bought a trip for 50 kr. per adult and could board the boat instantly. No waiting time for our turn. Our guide spoke perfect english and duration of the trip was ca. 60 minutes. Our guide seemed passionate about what he was doing and did a good job explaining the sights. Would definitely recommend them.
The safety of getting and off the boat was a major issue. The step was too deep and there was no help from the staff who were not interested. The guide giving the commentary switche languages so could not understand what he was saying. Personally you would be better off not going with this tour. It is a tourist trap. We did a walking tour which was much more informative
Great tour, cheaper than others but shame they have an old price banner implying even cheaper! Cmon guys, no need for this petty deception!
Very old boats. Panoramic roof certainly, but full of vase ... So we see nothing! Unpleasant staff possible.
Yes it is very beautiful, a real postcard ... But unfortunately too touristy. The slew of restaurants that line the wharf have long been no longer concerned with what they serve, but just how much they will charge you for. For those who know ... It's a bit like the local Rambla.
Bad instructions from the ticket booth caused us to miss our boat. We arrived 20 minutes ahead of time, and they told us to wait for someone to come get us. Lo and behold, she arrived and left without announcement, and by the time we found our own way to the dock, the boat was full. Had we been told at the outset where to go, we could have made it.
Fanatic tour, nice price. It must do if you are in Copenhagen.
No words to describe it, you gotta be here to feel it's vibes. Pure extraordinary
Cheap canal cruises, which cost 40 for adults and 15 for children respectively. Good guide and a good long boat trip. Biggest minus is the cover of the boat, making it difficult to look. It all gets very blurry. It is recommended to take the trip in dry weather.
Ride on a boat for an hour to know more about the face of the city. A tour guide will be introducing the buildings along the way. Good as the starting of a trip.
Great way to see most of the big tourist attractions in Copenhagen
Don't go on the boats in Winter. Although the boats are covered, the windows get totally foggy and you can't see anything
The boat itself is okay, but we had the most amazing guide who came up with various anecdotes in the 3 languages which, of course, he mastered to perfection, plus he eventually broke out into singing in the most life-affirming way. Thanks for that trip
Absolutely worth its price (very moderate). Great tour around Copenhagen held in English, Danish and German. They ll take you to the Little Mermaid too!
Just had the worse experience with this company. My tour group arrived for their afternoon canel tour. It was raining. They only had an open boat with no cover. They were wiping the seats off. As our group was navigating the wet steps and a few were deciding if they wanted to go the boat just left with us on the dock. Is this the impression Copenhagen wants to be represented? There is no deal. Might be less expensive but no service. Do not use.
A great way to see some beautiful parts of Copenhagen!! The tour speaker on the boat was funny and informative in 3 languages. Only issue was we struggled to hear her sometimes, otherwise it would be 5 stars.
Here and elsewhere. I took the cruise twice. I used the Copenhagen card, and the route was the same and the explanation was exactly the same.
Recommended for those who ride without a card here
The content and route are exactly the same, even if you go to the last time zone, there are fewer people and the price is half the price of other companies.
Excellent trip.the loud speakers were not too clear and hence couldn't hear the guide clearly.
Old, ugly and run-down boats. Doesn't even afford a new coat of paint?
Better price than other boats. A bit unenthusiastic guide.
We bumped into this one hour water tour, having read briefly that such tours are good and reasonably price. Our experience verified this. It gave us a helpful perspective and we enjoyed it very much. Our guide gave regular brief descriptions of the buildings, in English and Danish. That she spoke English so well, is a tribute to her. That she spoke so rapidly did at times make it difficult to understand as much as we would have liked.
Nice ride of an hour at a fair price but still nothing that you can't see on foot
You get what you pay for ... And it's cheap. Can you tolerate a slightly less polished boat, staff who are not in uniforms and (in the case of our tour guides) rather uninvolved guides who just play a strip of who might as well have been a tape recorder, then there is half price on the almost same experience as 10 meters away. Hence three (big) stars ..
Very nice area to walk and watch the sunset when it takes a special color. The terraces and restaurants, always full are very expensive, geared towards tourists. Barges leave from the pier for tourist visits that are worthwhile and not very expensive, surprisingly.
Nice overview of the city along canals. The guide is very good.
Great price for value, only 50 kr per person for a guided tour. Their ships are a bit old and not fancy looking, but it's cheaper than competition.
I can not understand the bad reviews. The tour is perfect for its price. You see the whole city in just one hour and the guide information is sufficient. It offers exactly what the more expensive one offers. No reason to choose the expensive one over this. The boat is a little bit old but the interior is nice. Just sit outside! :)
Top tour of Copenhagen.
Very informative, good English and even German possible.
13.50 for two people and a 60 minute tour is significantly cheaper than the "glossy" provider in the area. Highly recommended!
Really nice tour, guide was funny and well prepared, spoke both danish and a very good english.
