Fantastic online service. The pharmacist queried my order and suggested a more appropriate alternative which was actually cheaper. Very quick, informative and friendly responses.

Really easy to find what you need over their website. Dispatch and delivery are always super quick!

Absolute clip joint. Went in with a headache to get Voltaren and ibuprofen. Tried to upsell me a $35 bottle of magnesium. Said no. Being cautious decided to just get Voltaren ($25.50/50g tube) and buy ibuprofen at the dairy across the street, which was selling for only $19 - $6.50/tube cheaper!

I bought around 200 ND in netpharmacy, parcel is still not yet arrive after 20 days. I wrote to claim that they did not even reply. Customer service said they can not do anything about it because parcel is not traceable.
So after a while that I wrote a review in FB, I got Netpharmacy checking on parcel, it appeared that I miss #27 in the address, that, even though the delivery I choose in Netpharmacy that is "partial traceable", it is equal to untraceable because it is only traceable in NZ not in customer's country, so our local service will not give a feedback nor info of where the parcel is. I suggested to Netpharmacy that this option is practically equal to untraceable and ask them to think about putting definition of partial traceable for people who ordered.
I am waiting my parcel to return to Netpharmacy and see if they got it and refund me. I

Re: owner's reply - I'm not sure why you would claim I was trying to get medication without prescription as the video would show me handing over the paper work? Interesting to note: no apology whatsoever, treating a customer like a criminal and the sarcastic tone. There was no one else in the store and I tried to clarify a mistake in the prescription. I'm assuming your video has no audio and you mustn't have heard what Zoe said to me including telling me to "look it up" when I asked for the fax number while on the phone to my doctor to try to get them to send the correct prescription.

Love this pharmacy. Recommends great products and love their online service. A lot of the times online service can be impersonal but Netpharmacy treats you like being in store! Love your service - thank you!

Online order, pharmacy did not include all the items i bought and still charged me the full amount. Wont be using this business again.

I bought items from them online in the past and made an inquiry via email but didn't get a reply.

I recently wanted to buy something from the store so I called up to enquire if they have a certain supplement in-store so I don't have to wait. I was answered by a rude Chinese-sounding lady who made me feel like she's doing me a really big favour. Was repeatedly being told they don't have the product - but I said I'm currently staring at in on their webpage. She then asked me what the product is, again (didn't seem to really care that she understood what I was saying)! So I tried to spell the product name... She seemed to be struggling with English spelling so I had to spell out the product several times (and even used the phonetic alphabet to make it clearer - duh, of course that wouldn't work either, silly of me to try)... she gave out a deep sigh and said "Oh my god, can you repeat again" and she sounded so annoyed. I'm not going to buy from this store again. Found a TradeMe store which seem to have better price for similar products (lookup healthnbeauty in TradeMe - no I'm not affiliated with them and not getting anything from this recommendation)... or try looking at tasmanhealth, pharmacydirect, or healthpost if buying online is an option for you.

very dodgy online shore! Watching what is on sale from their website! I ordered 1 x M&R Essentials Certified Organic Rejuvenating Cucumber Eye Serum & 1 x M&R Essentials Certified Organic Flawless Face Serum, both bottles arrived without the manufacturer labels and one bottle is already opened. The lady on the customer services line has very bad attitude. Unsubscribed from the website.

Rip off! Do NOT shop here. I purchased a pack of Voltaren rapid pills and was charged $29.90. I get back to the office and see on their website they only charge $16.50.
I call the store and ask why and was told that s how it is.
Will be reporting to the commerce commission as this is a blatant rip off

I've been in to Net Pharmacy a number of times. I find Rachelle really helpful and she takes the time to understand what it is that you're after, and she is able to recommend some great quality products to help. I keep going back because of this great, personalised service!

Dropped in a hospital prescription today and was told they'd have to order it it would be there at 3.30 ,half an hour later the girl working calls asking for permission to call my doctor because she thinks they made a mistake .I find that rude and invasive and also hinders me getting better so if your a local I would say just go to the pharmacy at countdown this pharmacy thinks they are doctors by the way since leaving this comment they have called with a petty catty attitude telling me to pick up my prescription and go to countdown so rude the service here they also crossed out my prescription so it was unreadable for any other chemist, stating they have the right to alter documents just be wary they are immature.

Do not shop here!!! Absolute rip off.
There are no price labels in store at all, I brought two items and was a little surprised at the cost. Went back to my office and jumped on their website to look up at the price of each item I had purchased and confirmed I was overcharged by $10.60. I went straight back to say I think there was a mistake and I was overcharged, and I got a foul attitude and was told the online store was discounted but not the retail store. A shrug of the rude sales persons shoulders and a thats just how it is disgusting service. (Note pricing on website didn t mention discount or pricing, just RRP) Not sure how that fits with consumer laws...! The website pricing is still higher than most others, but I went here out of conveniance. NEVER AGAIN will I shop here.

This is a really good place to improve your life quality. You'll get professional advice from raw pharmacist Rachelle. She helped me realized that I need to improve mine. I'm taking the supplements she suggested and feeling good. I don't have reflux anymore and be full of energy everyday. No more suffering from stress and anxiety. Definitely 5 stars for the service and products. Cheers.
