Re: owner's reply - I'm not sure why you would claim I was trying to get medication without prescription as the video would show me handing over the paper work? Interesting to note: no apology whatsoever, treating a customer like a criminal and the sarcastic tone. There was no one else in the store and I tried to clarify a mistake in the prescription. I'm assuming your video has no audio and you mustn't have heard what Zoe said to me including telling me to "look it up" when I asked for the fax number while on the phone to my doctor to try to get them to send the correct prescription.
