I bought items from them online in the past and made an inquiry via email but didn't get a reply.

I recently wanted to buy something from the store so I called up to enquire if they have a certain supplement in-store so I don't have to wait. I was answered by a rude Chinese-sounding lady who made me feel like she's doing me a really big favour. Was repeatedly being told they don't have the product - but I said I'm currently staring at in on their webpage. She then asked me what the product is, again (didn't seem to really care that she understood what I was saying)! So I tried to spell the product name... She seemed to be struggling with English spelling so I had to spell out the product several times (and even used the phonetic alphabet to make it clearer - duh, of course that wouldn't work either, silly of me to try)... she gave out a deep sigh and said "Oh my god, can you repeat again" and she sounded so annoyed. I'm not going to buy from this store again. Found a TradeMe store which seem to have better price for similar products (lookup healthnbeauty in TradeMe - no I'm not affiliated with them and not getting anything from this recommendation)... or try looking at tasmanhealth, pharmacydirect, or healthpost if buying online is an option for you.
