I bought around 200 ND in netpharmacy, parcel is still not yet arrive after 20 days. I wrote to claim that they did not even reply. Customer service said they can not do anything about it because parcel is not traceable.
So after a while that I wrote a review in FB, I got Netpharmacy checking on parcel, it appeared that I miss #27 in the address, that, even though the delivery I choose in Netpharmacy that is "partial traceable", it is equal to untraceable because it is only traceable in NZ not in customer's country, so our local service will not give a feedback nor info of where the parcel is. I suggested to Netpharmacy that this option is practically equal to untraceable and ask them to think about putting definition of partial traceable for people who ordered.
I am waiting my parcel to return to Netpharmacy and see if they got it and refund me. I
