Finding a unicorn is not easy. It takes time. And patience. And a willingness to work together over an extended period of time. I started a search over 3 months ago...looking for something very specific and not easy to find. Joe Salomon and his team were accommodating and provided ample support throughout the process. Of course I looked at other trucks...kicked plenty of tires...and stuffed a number of them in my garage on test runs...but I held out for the unicorn. Then Joe found it...but at that time, we were not in a position to close as the trade value of my car was simply not enough. Letting the unicorn go was very hard for me...but we had a process to follow. When I sold my car in a private transaction, I had the funds needed. So I waited and continued exchanging with Joe. I never gave up on him...and he me. He then sent me a text one day while away on extended travel that he had secured another unicorn. Upon his personal approval that it would meet my needs...I grabbed it. I flew in...and Joe and team made the transaction as simple and quick as possible. All up...it maybe took 30 min to close. Simple and easy. I will probably exchange holiday cards with Joe. Good man. Steadfast. Determined. Easy going nature that makes the truck buying experience a joy. I am very happy. Thanks Net Direct!
