First class people at net direct, my truck broke down over 5 hrs away, I needed a new truck and the dealers close had nothing I was interested in so i talked to Joe at net direct. He was super helpful walkin me thru the truck via text and email. It's hard to do a large purchase like this without seeing what your getting befor hand but they do make you feel very confident in your purchase. There was only one thing I wish I would have seen and would have if been there in person and that was I wish the truck, a ram limited would have had floormats and would have asked about but.....all in all it's a used truck and everything else was and is like new. From time to buy the truck and have it in my hands was about 3 days so....well almost as fast as Amazon prime haha....thanks Joe to you and your coworkers for going above and beyond and as long as you keep sellin low milage like new trucks like this you've got a customer for life.
