For my experience as an organization they were right on the case and in court the very next morning when my son had to appear I had no problems with them they were very good Advocate I had to utilize them on two different occasions three different occasions I would recommend them my experience with them was very positive but that was a few years ago

I've been a dealing with this non-profit law firm for 25 years. within that time I only had an excellent experience with them from the senior lawyers to the team of paralegals that assist them ans receptionist at the front desk. Just today 1/22/2016 I had the WORST experience ever with the RECEPTIONIST at the front desk she was rude told me I had a warrant(which was false information) for my arrest proceed to argue with me before hanging the phone up on me several times. The voicemail at the time said the office open up at 8:00 a.m which was incorrect they open at 9:00 a.m so when I suggested they change it for other clients is when the disgusting rudeness began.She invited me to complain to H.R.A as if they were her relative and nothing would be done. When I did go into the office, I spoke with a team member and Annie Viruet of H.R.A she try to justify the rudeness due to overwhelmed of work in the morning? Then she said she would speak to her and refer her (the receptionist) for training to not being rude. Wondering is this a JOKE. MY suggestion get a new receptionist maybe two , like they had in the past to handle all the work the law firm is getting due to people like me who refer others because of their excellent LAWYERS.
The worst representation ever! These lawyers just represent you... They do not fight for you. They don't even care to do their jobs well. They just work to remain low-key and stay afloat with their superiors. It seems like they are even working with the court system to sink or burry you. I recommend running the other way! Do not use this firm.
Worse representation ever. The female attorney appeared landlord driven. These type agencies apply for the grant money allegedly to legally represent tenants, seniors, the disabled, and those unable to afford an attorney, but they go along to get along. Representation is the bare minimum.
There is lack of communication the lawyers dont listen to you its hard to get in contact with them they rarely try to win a case they prefer to just deal you out even if your innocent and dont want a deal they will still try and get in your head and tell you its the best option it feels like there working with the da to lock you up
I was having issues with my housing management and I came across a lawyer that went by the name of Kinshasa Hillery, I have to say she is a kick ass lawyer unfortunately she is no longer there . I'm glad I had the pleasure of her representing at court and everything worked out for the best.
This damn prick Christian had to be the worst! Not only is there lack of communication he is never present in court. I'm beyond livid. I have to take care of my sick father who's going through treatment. I guess he thinks he's the only one with a life.
They have been holding my case for almost two years and the worst part the person who is taking care of my case is no longer with the association i have never received a call from them to let me know that is no one handling my case .wen i said you have been wasting my time she hang up the phone on me
Well if this is not the worst experience you tell me.. My brother mentally ill brotber was being represented by one of these attorneys and she was not working in my brotbers best interest.. She was upset because i was helping him remember his court date. My brother left early ine day during recess not knowing because hes not i. The court life. He is not aware that when everybody is leaving somerimes os recess. I pleaded with her to let the judge know his mental status and she said no! I wont. I had to literally stand in the middle of the courtroom and pmead with the judge wbich i asked to please change attorney! He didnt! The attorney told my brother she would remind him. She nevwr did and now hes in jail over a misdeamenor and hes not evwn guilty the charges are fake just like the guy that was arrested for a fake charge!! Im very depressed because they kept him and didnt give him a coirt date til decembwr hes been there for months please anyine help
