Very bad experience: we had requested a double bed but turned out to be twin beds. Go to reception to report and very rude served. At breakfast also very unfriendly staff. Breakfast was okay but mediocre. Beds are bad pillows uncomfortable. We had late check-out but key suddenly turned out not to work so had to ask again. When we left the parking lot, we suddenly had to pay 60, so to speak, but it turned out that the parking card had not been stamped correctly. Again not really polite service no apologies nothing.
