The Doctor is a very professional person but his customer service or office staff do not answer calls and it is almost impossible to contact them by phone.

Dr. Abramovitz is very knowledgeable,listens to your concerns and takes the time to answer all of your questions. I highly recommend him.

People is not helpful always giving patients hard time either for scheduling or refill requests, I got tired do not recommend

I had a tough time at the beginning with this clinic, it s so hard to reach out to anyone there because they barely take calls, for some reason the doctor prescribed a very expensive medication instead of looking for what s affordable for patients.. any way one of the team members did a great job with contacting the pharmacy and get me a good deal with them after 3 days of being back and forth with them

Dr. Abramovits is the best! Besides having a wonderful bedside manner, he immediately diagnosis any skin problems. Years ago, I went to several dermatologists about a rash on my legs. After several diagnosis and buying numerous topical ointments, the rash continued. I walked into Dr. Abramovits office, and he immediately diagnosed the condition, and he prescribed an ointment that cleared it up quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Abramovits for all your dermatological needs.

I love Dr A and his staff only draw back I have and have never had this issue before is there new call center . I liked it when the staff made my appt .Call center was way to impersonal .

Not only a super professional place and staff, but in Dr A you couldn't have a doctor with better regard for patients while at the same time being a leader in his profession who is consulted by other specialists. Very, very highly recommended.

Wow, they scheduled me for an appointment at 11:00 AM with Dr. Cockerell on NYE. I was skeptical that they would be open, but the receptionist assured me they would be. When I showed up at Suite 160 (his location), the entire clinic was closed. I called their number to get to the bottom of this, and they sent me straight to voicemail. They completely wasted my time, and I took time off of work to go to this appointment.

First visit. Office staff very friendly an efficient. Easy check in. Dr. Cockerell very nice and addressed my problems.

As is usual, my experience was excellent. The people are courteous, friendly, appear and act effectively and efficiently. I have been a client some 17 years and have not ever had a bad experience.
