Confusing to arriving passengers as to where to go for different ground transportation services.

Live in Cincinnati, love the airport. Wifi was down in my house before a flight so I wasn't able to download the three movies I bought onto my iPad from home and had to do it from the airport. I was pleasantly surprised how fast the internet was at CVG. Downloaded all of them before my flight took off! (Boarded about 20 after I got into the concourse). Fast check-in. Longest I have ever waited in the TSA lines here was about 7 minutes and that was in general. TSA agents were professional and not scary. Food options are good enough. GoldStar Chili is the best.

Overall, WAY better than Atlanta.

Construction everywhere, all the time. But the Viewing Area is great!

Love this airport. Thrilled that it is my local airport. Quick security checkpoint and the gates never feel overcrowded. I also appreciate the continuing expansion of service. I'm flying to Phoenix Monday with Delta on their new direct flight. Saves me a lot of hassle as I have to go to Phoenix every year for business meetings. Never had any trouble with this airport.

very clean and very safe. There's not many people here at all. It's a fantastic airport. I love all of the dinosaur bones they have here.

Smaller airport. Easy to navigate and moves pretty quickly.

First off our flight was 45 mins late leaving. Second we had a very rude flight staff. And third after landing the airport had only one shuttle running while they said over the loud speaker that they had multiple planes landing and baggage claim would be late. This has been the worst flight experience and I ve heard multiple people from my flight and waiting for a shuttle say this. Very disappointed.

Airport fine. Only the bars and store was opened. Oh and Subway but line was too long.
Sat on the plane for 30 min before the flight attendant could come up with the right count to leave.

Gate B13 was secluded and quiet... Just the way I like it!

It's hard to give a meaningful review while many things are closed during reduced operations from COVID19.

This place looks nearly abandoned. Retail shops and restaurants closed at 5 pm on a Friday afternoon. Many look like they have been closed for months.

Nice airport, clean and easy to get around. People are friendly throughout. I don't get the museum thing they got going on, but the shops and food are good enough to kill time while you wait for a flight.

Every single time we fly out of this airport our flight is delayed!!! Ruins your whole day!! Way to go CVG Airport, once again our flight is delayed and ruined our arrival plans!!!

Worst airport. Though clean, flights are expensive. Plan on waiting for your baggage at least 45 minutes on arrival.

I fly out of CVG all the time instead of LUK. The prices are better than Lunken and the service is better at CVG. The airport is clean and the staff are great. Can t wait for the renovation to be finished!

Lots of fun things to look at to pass the time. Sad that a lot of places are still closed up right now, but enough places to eat and shop for snacks etc.

Came to smash burger and they could serve food because they didn t have a cook! I understand it s the holidays and stuff but come on now that s not our fault we are out of Indy and this would never happen at our airport, I guess it s turn what they say!! You get what you pay for. Should have payed extra money to fly out of Indy!!! Booo boooo!

Pretty straightforward airport. Make sure to give yourself time to find parking because some days, you may find that you're fighting to find a spot and others its a sinch! Just do yourself that favor, arrive a bit early to avoid headaches.

Not enforcing the the mask mandate at all; CVG will be the new super-spreader hotspot. Avoid this airport until the pandemic is over as they clearly don t care about public safety l.

Good food but terrible customer service. Front attendent was very rude.

No problems transitioning through the airport. Most of the restaurants are closed.

Traffic for arriving passengers is currently backed up for a half mile. Where are the managers? Cars are just parked permanently in front of the terminal awaiting some passenger. Outrageous.

Crappy McDonald's open. Rude employees, one wiped his hair for 2 minutes and after I told anotherer employee the kid tefused to wash his hands. He had to be shown the sign by another employee and he shrugged it off. Please relay this info to supervisor. Airport bathrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper. What gives? I won't be coming through here again if I can help it

The check in process was little to know contact with anyone, and they were very nice despite the early morning definitely reccomend Delta

Nothing bad nothing good. Parking situation is about as bad as it could be and I suppose they handle it about as good as it can be handled. I hate traveling through CVG but sometimes I have no other choice due to times and circumstances.

Anyway, I'd much rather travel through LEX or even SDF if I have my choice but you can't always get what you want....

Really liked this airport (I've been to quite a few on the west coast) because of the spaciousness of the TSA area (didn't seem cramped at all). I went through this airport during an off day/season. Specifically liked the coffee stations near the terminals. I give it 5 stars because every seat by the terminal has a USB charging port and an outlet. Why can't all airports have this?! Saw active police officers going around making sure everything was safe. I like this airport a lot.

Nice and clean airport with decent shopping and eating options. Simple to navigate and loved the art exhibits on display here. Found it little confusing for car rentals.

This review is more for the airline frontier. How do you have only one person working the check in desk? Also the self check in kiosk was out if service so a person had no choice but to wait in line if checking in a bag. Luckily the woman working was friendly and fast. I could always not check a bag but when your going to be away for a week or more you need a bag.

Covid 19 takes a star out of it. Otherwise its a 5 star show.

They had a message up at the airport saying, "End the shutdown Trump and pay the TSA." It could have said, TSA protects our airports, why wont Pelosi protect our borders?" Dont like working for the government, then find a private job!!!

Very nice! We liked the electronic screens for each gateway, telling which flight is next a.s.o, not disturbed by ads, etc

Check line was fast and the American airline staff was very helpful

I used to love this airport till it became an extortion opportunity for the DEA and 13 local law enforcement agencies to take up to $3M from 2M yearly passengers.

The entire cincinnati area should be ashamed of this practice. The agents wait in the jetways, intimidate you and try to confiscate your stuff whether you did anything wrong or not. Its not legal, you don't have to consent to anything. Its good I knew my rights and made it clear I knew they were trying to take my belongings.

Cincinnati deserves better than this.

Easy airport to fly in and out of. The layout is straightforward, easy to know where I am going. The security lines move quickly.

Fantastic Airport. Large, clean, we'll stocked restrooms. Plenty of food choices. Security was fast and friendly.

Very clean airport. Signage is really good and clear. The lobbies and wait rooms are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean.

CVG is pretty good for a COVID-era airport. Plenty of recycling facilities. KCM. Easy layout, just walk next to the train if you'd like to get extra steps. Several fast food and one sit-down option in each concourse.

One full serve restaurant open, outback was open for BAR only. Exactly what know for, right?? More flights more people still no or very very limited services. Bleak looking. Trains also not running.

I've recently flown to Cincinnati, and it's a great airport. When you get of of your flight, the place feels so welcoming! It's pretty easy to navigate, and I would say it's the BEST airport I've been to!

Most ridiculous setup for international flights that I have ever seen. 9 hour flight from Paris only to stand in line for customs for an hour and then have to recheck my bag and go through security just to leave the airport. My exit from the airport should have taken just the time to go through customs, but then I had to add another 45 minutes to go through security just to go home. They need to figure out how to fix this.

Cincinnati Airport is fun and the walk to the baggage claim is quite entertaining. I had no idea there was a museum and such fun attractions in an airport. I was delighted by the dinosaur exhibit and then was surprised to find there was more.. an exhibit about boats. My sister loves boats and she is always supporting me and my trips. So it was nice to send her photos of the boats as I walked to get my bags. There were twonold style cars in the baggage area which was cool to see. After baggage claim I made my way towards the exit for car rental, near baggage claim #4... I walked down the hall following the signs. For the rental cars, a shuttle will come pick you up. This is thr first airport I have seen where a shuttle picks you up for rental cars.

I always get a full scan and pat down!yay! Nah only once, every other time it's been smooth. This one is good as long as there aren't any delays.

It's a small airport but the line moved quickly. No complaints.

Horrible service rude staff if a customer orders something give them what they order and someone show these people what is blue cheese. Waited 25 minutes for check and still sitting waiting for my card now. Never again.

It was my first time flying in a while. The employees were efficient and friendly. The line on a busy Friday morning was very manageable and I got thru fast. My boarding pass had trouble scanning but the employee checked my passport and let me thru. Thanks for helping me go visit my friend.

The airport has improved some of the roads and the process of getting through security. Parking still sucks, so get there a little early. Generally a pretty nice mid-sized airport. Even if they do think Cincinnati is in Northern Kentucky!
