Our tour guide, Hollie, was extremely knowledgeable in the subject and was able to answer all the questions she was asked. She clearly explained the cavern in terms that everyone could understand and was very sociable and kind!! I will definitely be going back to Natural Bridge Caverns with my family and will request to be on a tour given by Hollie. She truly made this experience one to remember!

First of all, the staff was amazing. I hadn t been to the caverns in quite a long time and so much has changed. They ve really improved a lot of the stuff outside of the caverns; shops, activities, facilities, and everything that money can be spent on. The caverns themselves are definitely for people who are at least not in terrible shape. I ve got asthma, so this definitely wasn t the best idea for me (especially in August), but in all, it was very enjoyable. My 6 year old had a blast, as did my 2 year old. However, I wouldn t recommend bringing a 2 year old, especially into the caverns. There s not a whole lot of safety in place for his age, but that s not the fault of Natural Bridge Caverns. We were super careful with him and aware of how he could be in certain situations, and he really enjoyed it as well.

I have been here twice actually. First time I went I was with my wife alone. We were super high, was a long time ago, probably 2007ish. Loved it. We went again when we matured. Probably June 15th 2020ish. Super fun both times. The second time we brought our 2 year old, 7 year old and 8 year old daughters. My 8 year old had like 50,000 questions. And the tour guide answered her 50,000 questions without batting any eye. We kept trying to hush her up to speedup the small (covid-19) tour group. The guide would have none of it and insisted on answering her 8 year old questions. Super amazing tour guide. I didnt catch his name but he wore sandals and he had some pretty dope hair.

I highly recommend coming here. I mostly recommend going without your kids... AND THEN I recommend going with your kids after you enjoy it.

Our tour guide was amusing and sweet. We did the basic tour. For 5 of us it was $106, for 1/2 a mile. Don t bring sandels! Athletic shoes are best. The main reason it s 4 stars it s because of the price.

Great place to visit. The kids loved the caves and all the other activities they offer here. Comfy shoes are a must. There are alot of steep inclines and someone like me who is not in the worst shape, got a little winded when walking up and down. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Impeccably well kept area and clean grounds. The shops are immaculate, restrooms are very clean the staff is very nice. The tours and additional activities are well priced. A great place for young and old children. Zip-lining, mazes, gold mining and many other fun activities; there is so much more here then when I last went as a child. A family could easily spend the entire day here. Dress appropriately, the cave was not 70 degrees as posted, or at least it wasn't when we went in October. :-) this is certainly not a fault of the groundskeepers. But given the humidity, it was more like a sauna, so be prepared.

My big family went to Natural Bridge Caverns as a family trip slash birthday present for my daughter's 13th birthday. We are trying to give my kids more experiences and good memories versus the stuff, stuff, and more stuff we always used to give them.

It is 3 hours away from us on the east side of San Antonio. We don't take a lot of trips just for fun because my not only is my husband is a home body but drives long hours as part of his job and doesn't want to do any more in his off time. So this was a big deal for us.

I booked us the combo tour which gives you the Discovery tour and the Hidden Passages tour, which don't overlap and are in totally different parts of the cavern system. I booked on-line about one month prior which is supposed to give the best price. It was $27.50 for adults (13+) and $18.00 for kids (3-12). The price also depends on the time of year you go. Busy season during the summer is more expensive.

If you like caves, I think you'll love it. All of my kids did. Even the ones scared of the dark and scared of heights. Even the really picky one that thinks everything is boring. They didn't even complain about all the walking and the hundreds of steps. My kids were so excited and blown away. There's nothing like the amazing formations in caves.

This was my first time in a deep Cavern. Thoroughly enjoyed it. We couldn't do all of it as two of the rooms were flooded from too much water seeping in. It was really a wonderful place. The guide was very informative didn't rush you, yet you still got to do the tour in a good time. The hardest part was the grade walking up. I would recommend and we did to them that they somehow change the railings that they have there. They're just too slippery. You really don't feel comfortable using them. Other than that I thought it was a wonderful wonderful place. Highly recommended it. Also if you get one of those States passport books you can get it stamped in your book because it's one of the states natural wonders.

It's a really awesome place to take the family. Remember to take your water bottle and good shoes. Something that won't slip with water. It gets really hot and humid down there. Its alot of walking so bring something your comfortable with.

This is something that's geared towards adults more then kids. It's fun to check out but the kiddos got bored pretty quickly. The guide was good but there's only so much you want to hear about the rocks in the caves. Unfortunately no bats just bat poop.

Great views throughout this entire place. Peaceful place if you want to walk in nature or fun and adventure on the rope course. Inside the cave was comfortable even with a light jacket or sweatshirt on a low 70 degree day outside. Inside the caves... beautiful sites. Lots of picture opportunities. Be cautious: do not walk & video tape or take pictures. Lots of turns up & down slippery walkways. Listen & follow the tour guide directions for the safest day. Something for everyone to enjoy. Discovery Tour had 2-3 strenuous climbs. Tour takes about 60-70 minutes.

The tour was great and very informative. Gift shop was way too expensive and the staff around the gift shop and food court were very inexperienced , inattentive to customers and loudly gossiping to each other the whole time i was there. No customer service at all and they didnt seem to even know anything about the products they were selling when asked questions regarding them. The caves are definitly worth the visit. Family friendly and fun.

Really cool and well guided. Monday during Christmas break there were few people in our group which was nice. The caverns are very humid and definitely wear athletic shoes or hiking boots for traction since the path is steep and mostly wet.

It was amazing. So beautiful, mysterious and mystical. It literally is a whole other world down there. It was like journeying into another dimension. Our your or guide Emily was knowledgeable and just amazing. I wish it wasn't as pricy as I have a large family that I would love to bring to visit.

This cavern is very special to me since it was the first time I ever visited one, it's a bit fancier now than when I first visited but still it's fun. The price is a bit much but it's worth it.

We had an awesome tour here, but going down under here made me want to take the smaller, and further trip, next time I'm in the area I'm gonna do it. Amazing experience that I highly recommend. Great for kids I'd say too, maybe once they are 5 or 7 years old.

You'll be fascinated by 1) the cavern itself, which is both impressive and at times fearsome, and 2) the way they managed to pave walkways into it and put a bench in the middle of the cave halls. Both are equally entertaining! A bit expensive for the budget traveler ($20-25, two separate tours/paths), but definitely unique.

Went here so our kids could do the tyke zipline. While the course and facility were excellent the staff and service was terrible. Immediately when approaching the area to purchase tickets for the zipline the staff working all seemed in really bad moods. When dealing with kids a staff needs to be light and fun but these employees were very cold and unwelcoming. This put damper on the entire experience and because of it we said we would never come back. There are a lot of places we go and the product might not be the best but the service is great so we come back. This place suffers from having a great product but a staff (at least at the zipline) that ruins the experience. This was made even worse considering we were the only ones at the zipline.
