Really nice place to see in San Antonio, it will take 1 hr to see complete caverns , we went to discover one it was nice , I would recommend go directly get the tickets sometimes in the online it shows tickets are not available when you book at the last moment or book 1 week in advance you will get 2-5 dollars waive off. It s worth to watch.

Hidden Tours is not as great as the Discovery Tour. Don't need beverages before or during for the most part. Hidden Tours is a lengthy walk back up stairs. So be prepared. Don't say I didn't warn you. Also you want to be as close to the front as possible for the Hidden Tour. You miss out on some of the tour if your a big group and you are within the last 8 to 10 people. This was made obvious, during the Hidden Tour only, when seats on the benches were not available for the last of the group. All in all. Kids and adults walked away satisfied.

Great place to bring and take pictures with the family!

Older people might have a little trouble since there are a couple of steps in the tour (around 30 I think)

Recommend bringing running shoes since the surfaces tend to be slippery.

Very knowledgeable tour guides and answered all of our questions!

It was our first time being at the caverns and we loved it; the weather was perfect and the Discovery Tour was exciting, and our tour guide Jacob was excellent. Jacob answered all our questions, had knowledge of the caverns, was friendly, and funny...Definitely recommend this place :)

Great fun for the little ones and adults as well. The zip line is a must. The group in front of us was a 3 generation party. Daughter, mother and Grandmother who was 63 (her birthday). She hit that zip line like a boss! Staff is super helpful and friendly. Most of all, the caverns are a once in a lifetime moment! A must for tourists. It was great!

A very nice tour into the underworld. The discovery tour was a very informative guided trip down into the earth. It is very well presented, and the formations were spectacular. I'd highly recommend this point of interest of you have the time.

Perfecr for a day trip with family. Great place for nature lovers. There's two main caverns and I would highly recommend to visit both and not just one of them. Apart from that there's a lot of outdoor stuff for kids to do as well.

Pictures really don t do these caves any justice. We had makenzie as our guide, she was quite knowledgeable, and made the tour more enjoyable. The hidden passage tour was my favorite! Be prepared for a lot of stairs though. (180something!) Wear comfy, slip resistant shoes, it s wet in the caves. I would recommend going, just be ready for the heat, the humidity, and the possible crowd.

Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. We went on the Discovery tour it lasted about an hour. There was one section of the tour that was pretty steep but it was fairly easy to navigate. Our group had all ages in it and everyone was able to complete the tour.

I've been to Sonora 3 times, the last time was this last weekend, I took my son on his first cave experience. Sonora is consistently called one of the most beautiful caves in the world and it absolutely is, I love it, but we went to these caverns after we left Sonora and I honestly enjoyed these caves even more. Sonora has lots of formation, but the sheer size of the caverns here blew me away. Plenty of formations, but on a much larger scale. The staff was great and I really enjoyed how you walk through this cave system pretty much by yourself, with tour guides stationed throughout to tell you about the things you see. Definitely would recommend this to anyone.

Nice park. Went to take the zip line, but did not go. It is a short line, over low elevations, and the only view was of the concrete walkway below. People kept getting stuck on the line, perhaps because of the winds. Gift shops were extremely over-priced.But, enjoyed the atmosphere and watching the kids on the ropes course!

Caverns with amazing views. The guide talked fast but he gave lots of great information. The paths were very narrow and hard not to touch anything. For my disabled family member who is in a wheelchair, it was torture pushing him up and down the walkways. The walkways were most difficult. These caverns show nature's beauty and wonders.

Awesome guided family cave exploration. We took grandkids aged 11 and 13 and we all enjoyed! We did the Discovery tour, but other interesting tours were available. Also bought the Maze Challenge for the boys to try for only an additional $5 each. Some of the other attractions seemed pricey, but heard good feedback from others who tried them.

Went for the "hidden passages" and it was literally a 20 min tour stretched out to 70 minutes. Very little to see and spend the other 50 minutes just standing around. Not to mention how it's one way in and the same way out!! All I'm saying is for throney you spend it's not a great deal. 10 bucks max is what I would pay. If I'm going to stand around and do nothing for half of 70 minutes then maybe the ticket price should be cut in half as well.

This is a very cool cavern experience, but it is slightly commercialized, with zip lining and faux gold sifting. On the other hand, they offer adventure spelunking (which we didn't do). I hope to go back to do the other non-adventure tour

super cool experience! Our tour guide was Cody or coby (couldn't catch it). My only complaint was there was WAY too much talking. The actual tour would have been a lot shorter without it and you can't bring any water in with you.

This was an amazing experience I will never forget. My family and I visited on a vacation and our tour guide was great and very informative. I would not suggest visiting on a hot humid day though.

Its a natural wonder. A most go place for families (specially kids and elders). It involves a walk of at least 2 miles on slippery, curvy track and involves stairs too. No path for wheelchairs, so please be adviced, if you have a hard time walking (specially elders), you may not be able to visit the caves.

I love going to caves and exploring and natural bridge is one of the biggest around here! It was amazing to be there. I did have issues with their sanitizing standards. Throughout the park, social distancing was not enforced and masks were also not enforced. With cases on rise here in Texas, I think the park should take this aspect more seriously and do better about keeping not only the visitors safe but also their employees. I won't be returning as I felt very unconformable about how their handing of distancing and masks were handled, it was way too relaxed. Even upon entering the building many people were lined up with no distancing at all. It was a bad start and should've been our first clue as to how the rest of the park was handled.
