This place is magical. We were lucky enough to go on both their Discovery and Hidden Passages tours on the same day. It was an experience we will never forget. There is quite a bit of walking and stair climbing so these tours aren't for those who can't handle some physical exertion.

Very nice place, guided caverns tour with different difficulty levels. The beginner one you can bring a compact stroller, although there is a short flight of stairs. On site there is also "mining", you buy a bag of dirt with rocks in it and there's running water to pan for rocks, my 3 year old had a blast. There's also a n adventure course and maze, although we didn't try it. Nice place to spend a day.

Amazing place! It is seriously one of the most well done parks I've been to in a while it's amazing what a place with a great cleanliness standard makes it sparkle. The Christmas carolers were alot of fun and the discovery tour of the caverns was breath taking. This is for sure something for the whole family the tour can get a little straneous it is 180ft down so that 180down then 180ft back up and it's not to gradual. Great place though

Amazing place with a great history. There are 2 main cavern tours that extend deep underground to many fascinating and interesting rooms. The tours run frequently and you will learn a great deal about the caverns and how they were discovered. See amazing sites and experience complete darkness. You could even opt in for more in depth discovery tours off the beaten path of the caves walkways. Along with that, are plenty of outside amenities(food, gift shop, beer) to keep you energized between tours. You will definitely have a great time with the family. But, just remember, touching the natural formations will stop them from growing. Don't touch. But, take plenty of pictures!

Went on a discovery tour Saturday. About $25 per person The cave itself was beautiful with interesting things to see. However, the group was a bit large, we have to stop at points to wait for other people to catch on. Sometimes the kids in the group can be a bit loud and , makes it hard to hear the tour guide. It feels like about 80 degrees in the the cave.

The price was steeper than I liked because I didn't prepurchase tickets. Ticket buying online requires a set reservation time, and driving in from Austin, we weren't quite sure when we'd actually arrive. So we paid full price for the first available tour once we'd arrived. Coming here first thing on a weekday during the school year was a great idea. We ended up on a tour with one other family, and it made for an almost private tour vibe. Our tour guide was Jessica, and she was very informative about the history and geology of the caverns. As for the caverns themselves, this has to be the best cave I've ever visited. Simply stunning! The various rooms within the cavern each had their own draw. My favorite may have been Sherwood Forest or possibly the room she called Purgatory. It's hard to pick a favorite. I kept being amazed by each new room. I found I wasn't prepared for the humidity inside. It's as close to raining as you can get, and you may look like you survived a rainstorm when you finally exit. Just go with it, it's worth it.

This place is awesome! I read the reviews before going and I was a bit sceptical of going (my husband and I were going with a 15 month old baby). I also called before going and they adivised me to not bring a stroller into the caves. We didnt take a stroller and we got the Discovery package (2 tours). It was fantastic. You do a lot of walking but its so worth walking inside those caves! Our 2 tour guides were also fantastic! This place will not disapoint.

The caverns are well kept. However, the tour is over priced and you are in for the cattle herd experience of your life. You even get to wait about 20 minutes to get branded by getting your photograph taken at the first. Hey, it is all about maximum profit! The you get to follow along and not be able to hear what the guide is saying because it is so over booked. We had about 40'ish people in the tour when 20 should be the maximum. An Whoa help you if you are in the back of the group as you will never see the guide. Go somewhere else people! There are many other caverns in Texas that you can see and if you have time, go to Carlsbad and really enjoy the experience. Natural Bridge Caverns has tuned into a money grabbing venture over the last few years.

This place is amazing! So much to do here! The Caverns are a must see. I'd do both! I personally loved the Discovery Tour even though it was shorter. Go! I don't think you'll be disappointed. If you're a Veteran be sure to ask for a discount.

I have been to The Natural Bridge Caverns around 3-4 times in the past 30 years and it seems that the nostalgia has worn off.
Having to pay almost $30 per adult ticket just seems too steep for what the tour provides.
I've been on other cave tours and was very disappointed with this latest visit.

Really fun tour. We did the discovery tour with our kids ages 2-6. They all enjoyed it. It took a little over an hour of walking up and down some hills and stairs. Have already highly recommended to friends and family.

Highly recommend this tourist attraction. My kids and I had a great time. All the tour guides are friendly and very knowledgeable. Willing to answer any questions and have a positive attitude! The caves were so interesting. Keep in mind they are hot and humid, so dress accordingly.. It's the same all year. Not an easy hike up out. But well worth the effort! I recommend the multi tour package.

Awesome! ! The Discovery tour was great Matt our tour guide was great. We bought the combo tour package. We had about 10 min break in between (our choice) tours. The hidden caverns tour not so much..the constant stopping and lights on and off was not impressive....our tour guid David knew his stuff..but the tour was boring..the cavern was cool...Make sure you wear shoes with a non-slip sole..i wore my running shoes they were fine.

Did the combo tour for my birthday weekend. Had so much fun. Especially on the Hidden Passages tour thanks to Ty who is hands down the best tour guide. He is excited about geology, knows his stuff, his joke delivery is on point, he kept the attention of the entire group, and he is just so adorable. I won t name my 2nd tour guide, but I ll just say Ty is a tough act to follow. I am in sales, so I know how much dedication and energy it takes to stay enthusiastic about the same thing repeatedly (and keep telling the same jokes)
The park itself is gorgeous. I haven t been since I was a kid and there were no tours back then. It was under development then, so it was SO COOL to finally get to go inside the caves I always knew were down there.
Plenty of places to grab food, snacks, and batty souvenirs. Very friendly staff all around! Can t wait to come back for some of the more strenuous tours & maybe even the challenge/zip line thingy and hopefully see some bats!

Oh, one last thing. You can take water into the tours. I threw away my water when I heard no food or drink, but you can, in fact, take a water bottle with you.

A spectacular place and an excellent option to visit with the family. The caverns are incredible, the views are to keep taking pictures. The staff treated us in a very friendly and attentive way. The place was not that crowded when we arrived but by the time we left, around 11 AM, it was very full or at capacity. (Just as a point of reference, we went in July) Now at 180 feet deep the humidity is 90% and if you go in the summer it will be a bit hot but nothing that a person in good condition cannot withstand. I feel that if you have heart problems, high blood pressure or any physical condition that prevents you from walking in conditions like the ones you mention, it is better to avoid it. The place is dreamy and I recommend it to all families. My 12 and 5 year old boys had a blast. Thanks for an unforgettable moment.

The caves themselves are amazing. This place is a tourist trap so be aware, you can end up spending hundreds of dollars doing all the activities and getting food. If you stick the basic cave tour it's reasonable. Just don't buy the picture!

7/20/16.

7/20/16.
My wife and I were looking forward to take the Hidden Passages Tour. This would of been our first time attending. We arrived at 11:45am and were told that our tour will depart at 1:00pm. We waited, and waited, and waited. All the meanwhile, they were announcing departure for the Discovery Tour. It was 1:15pm and a tour guide never arrived. We started to get concerned, so we went to the ticket booth to find out what was going on. No one had a clue what happened. Their only solution was to book us for a tour at 2:00pm. We would have to wait another hour. At this time, we were too frustrated to deal with it. We asked for our money back. Horrible customer service experience, and management.
