Hi, I was trying to find out information on a misleading house for sale on Manzanita rd. in corona Ca. it is listed as a 4th bedroom (calling the living room a 4th bedroom) when legally it is a 3 bedroom home. I tried calling NATION realty Group and Jean Tanner the listing agent in regards to the matter. I was hoping it would be some sort of misunderstanding or mistake on the listing. After speaking with Jean, and how she avoided my questions then HANGING UP!!, made me realize it most likely is false advertising, I would advice that you trust someone (an agent) that doesnt want to take your money or make you seem like a cheat. Also that treats potential buyers with respect.

In addition, the update was made on the room count, however some adjustments was made to upscale the home again with false key details compared to the public facts. I did contact the agent again regarding this matter, we'll see if it gets fixed.

Key details: 4 bed, 2 full bath, 1,300 sqft in home, 8,276 sqft. lot... as of now 3/10/2020

We had been speaking with Jeff about 'one day' putting the house on the market. When it finally came time for serious discussions, he joined us at our property, reviewed our property, and we discussed improvements/corrections that could make us more marketable. Have used NRG for EVERY Real Estate transaction. Selling homes, buying homes, renting out property. They have their own Escrow and Mortgage companies right in the office, so only one place to go.
