We had been speaking with Jeff about 'one day' putting the house on the market. When it finally came time for serious discussions, he joined us at our property, reviewed our property, and we discussed improvements/corrections that could make us more marketable. Jeff's extensive knowledge of the area, our home, the market, etc., allowed us to put the property on the market and the final selling price was above what we had hoped for when all was said and done.
