Absolute nightmare 2 hrs for a dock then 10 hrs before they started unloading

On site parking for inbound freight, appointment was 11, checked in at 5 got right into a door, downside.....gotta leave property once unloaded. Walmart straight across from them allows truck to park by tireshop, no overn8ght parking though, just to shop, respect their lot, dont leave trash or your piss jugs for them to pick up, or we wont be allowed to park to shop.

Come , check in , 10 minutes get door, 20 minutes empty , drive out gate. People nice , good place. Too fast!!!

Super friendly staff, but unless you have a straight load you're gonna be there awhile. Every pallet has to be broken down and checked in.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They deserve negative stars. Pathetic.

They don t allow to park in the staging area after unloaded even if the staging area is empty.

Easy to get to. Friendly people. Park in the stagging area and call to check in. They will give you a door. Put bills in trailer and when you get the green light you're good to go. Full load took 2 hours to unload.

Parking on site. Had a 8am appt put me in a door by 5 am and was out by 6:50 with no lumper what else could you ask for?

Friendly staff and clean facility. Overnight parking for OTR deliveries and there's a Caribou coffee shop place nearby.

I honestly have nothing bad to say. The guard was freaking awesome. Not really sure how long it took to unload me I went to sleep and it was much needed drove all night to get here and they let me finish my 10hr. In the over night parking!!!!!

They let you sit till you're out of hours and then make you leave after you're unloaded. "Go to wal mart. "

Great place to deliver to. They had me in a door within 5 minutes and unloaded in less than an hour. One of the best and quickest places i have been to yet for a live unload.

Got put in door at 7 am and its now noon. Just got green light. Very slow normally in and out within about 2 hours

Very unprofessional and careless they don't know we run by time I wish I can fire each evry one off them keep me on the dock for hours hours with my reefer running the doors open 88temp outside....the managment might be good but the forklift guys are the most disappointing ones.....they think unloading a truck is a big deal.

Went in for interview with Megan, very pleasant! She s professional, classy, just really nice. I didn t get the job due to some red flags in my background check. I don t remember her asking beyond my DUI, but that s on me! I should have stopped her and explained further. I think anyone applying here will love their job if they get hired. Just being union , which I m going back to, always been hired on the spot. I was for sure willing to take a big cut in pay to work here, simplify my life. That was my goal. Then retire in 9 years. Just remember you don t have to have felonies to lose out....put everything on the table. Doesn t matter how good your work history is!!! I learned a hard one here, but owe PDI many thanks for the privilege of being considered! Sense this post I talked to Steve Wright owner of Guaranty Research for an hour and a half...amazing man!!! We told life stories and he told me how to expunge my records. He said they where small charges I could expunge without a lawyer. Such a cool guy, no words!

Refuse loads coming in here you will be here all day and the receiving people and rude and don't care about you or your personal shopping business with the company if we all refuse loads to here then they won't have jobs here.

Worst place in the United states to deliver to! Every week its something different but always a horrible experience!!!! Zero respect for truckers

They have new gate off SE Dellaware, still have overnight parking but they want you to leave after delivering unless you have no hours left. Only complaint, this is a industrial area they could have added more parking, less trees and grass covered knolls. Once the hyvee part is up and running this is not going to cover the volume of trucks that move though this facility. Poor planning or just cut back back on a area that's already problem.

They were quick to get me in. Not quite as fast to get me out. They actually have truck parking. That's worth five stars right there.

Truck entrance is off of Delaware across from Fleet Farm. Don't try to enter by Sportsman's Warehouse and Caribou Coffee.

Overnight Parking available and they were pretty quick to get me unloaded. The guard shack will call you with a door then receiver will call you when done unloading you. You can check in early.

Security night shift not good, but receiving is five stars.

Appt was at 0700, arrived at 0300, they had me in a door by 0500 and on the road by 0600. Fast and friendly, wish all shippers and receivers were like this!

Got a door in less than 20 minutes and unloaded within 2 hours.

GLAD not to be working for them! They cant handle the phones well. Even the supervisor just wants to get me off the phone. I got calls about job openings and when I call back and leave a message, they either dont respond or forget that I called and talk as if its my fault. If they're suspect over the phone I would NEVER want to deal with them in person on a daily.

Efficient, timely and friendly. Wish they were all like this.

Not bad .Really nice people. Call me in for a dock 5 hrs early. Two hours later l was on my way.

Arrived 0430 for an 0800 apt, in a door at 0700, out w/ paperwork by 10:15. Had a full trailer, 53 pallets

O/N parking w/ bathroom at guard shack. Parking is a bit tight if it s full and is half blindside. Just a portajon buried in the snow once you re in a dock, but the guard shack bathroom is nice.

Guards are super nice. If you fell asleep and missed the call they ll come knock.

Was about 1/2 late for 5am appt, called to let them know an hour in advance. They said NP. Was in and out in 3 hours!! NICE!! Feels good to be a PROFESSIONAL TRUCK DRIVER, wasn't feeling it for a while there!! The employees were personable and professional!!

Arrived at 1130am for a 1200 appointment. Found out at 6pm that thry stopped receiving for the day and thry start again at 0400. In doot at 0400, out at 0545. This place wasted over 17 hours of my time and ruined a scheduled backhaul. They are on our blacklist now.

Unloading is usually quick, and they have overnight parking.

Hy vee used to be a great place to deliver to. Normally they were super quick. Lately they have been going down hill. Easy 3 to 4 hours now. Need to go back to the way thing used to be. One plus side is there is overnight parking here. Check in with the phone number on the sign in the overnight lot and go to bed. They will call you when they are ready.

They usually get you in and out pretty good.
Unless you have yogurt. Why they don't just pull product off and then break it down is stupid.
Spend 4-5 hrs. for no reason.

Good place to deliver. Park in staging area, call listed number to check in... they will call you with door assignment and check seal. Dock at door and you don't have to take bills in an office, nor get out of your truck. Also, quick unload for a DC. You do have to leave when done, however

I like any warehouse that doesn't make me slide my tandems or lower my landing gear. I'm a lazy behstid, lol

Limited parking. Can be really slow to unload. Appointment times don't really seem to matter.

Overnight parking for inbound trucks available right side before the entrance gate. Security is very nice and will wake you up at about 7am for check in. Quick unload not more than 2h waiting.

Not a good place to deliver. 5 hrs in door 33 so far. Load of orange juice for these god dam democrats. Will never come back here again.

Arrived at 0545 for a 0600. Hit the dock at 0700 and got out at 1130. Only had 200 cases on 3 pallets. Missed my next appt by an hour and a half. I will never come back again! Wish I could give 0 stars!

This place really suck to deliver to they r slow as hell 10 hr to unload they should knock down and bet all the unloaders and personnel with a thin strap for being slow and lazy as hell

This place is a joke. Trying to keep other appointments are pointless. Expect to sit here all day

I have been delivering to PDI off and on for many years and they have always been very friendly and professional and they treat you with the utmost respect

Woke me up a little earlier than my appointment time but unloading was fast and simple!

Really fast in and out and friendly people that work there would be glad to deliver there any time

Ok first off, they do not allow overnight parking after unload (straight from the mouth of the guard today 06/09/19), second they dont allow any weapons even a pocket knife on your keychain outside of your truck, third watch out for the day cab pdi drivers they speed through the parking lot feet away from you as you walk to the shipping receiving doors, one sped past me WAY too close then slammed on his brakes infront of me, no regard for safety whatsoever, fourth the entrance is right before a dark grey building with a red stripe around it, the lot on your right is where you park for staging and call the number on the sign to check in

Overnight parking for inbound loads with restroom and drink vending machines. Hi-Vis vest required for traveling on the yard. In and out quick with a phone call for your dock, and a phone call when you're unloaded. Overall good place to deliver to as a Professional Driver.

Really not sure what to think about this place I had an appointment to show up Sunday
They unloaded it was two stops one for them and one for someplace else they unloaded both loads then gave me a green light then put all the loads back on and reject them they rejected my load because they couldn't get the log from my reefer so I had to wait until Monday to go to Thermal King so they could get the temperature logs

so I went back to PDI
They said they didn't have the logs so they sent some Guru guy he worked on the thing for about an hour trying to pull off the logs then they gave me a door light turns red they unload the truck
I get a call from my dispatcher
And he says buyer has rejected the load
Just about the time he tells me that they start unloading the trailer
really don't quite know what to say about these guys other than if you're companies reefer can't be read from the Thermo King website are you don't have a way to access your temperature logs don't waste your time

Got here a day early. Parking for about 20-25 trucks. Plenty of places nearby to eat. 3 hrs to Unload.
