Passport staff are young, God willing, they will have the ultimate in splendor

There are currently developing and improving airport services ... I wish I could give them soon

Un professional local staffs to give a bad impression of the country.

In the last few year's they start to rebuild most of the areas in King Khalid international airport to walk with other airports around the world in all the terminals the local area and the international one . A big shop area in the arrival and departure terminal and a big room for smokers with a power points in the wall . Well done king Khalid airport and keep going

Best Airport. Need to improve the airport staff attitude towards customers. Some time takes hours for a just stamping.

I would have rated it a zero, sadly, there isn't such a function.
This airport is one of the worst airport I've been to. Yes the airport may be clean and organized, but that doesn't make up on how the employees have ZERO sympathy. They are not just arrogant and rude, but are EXTREMELY petty. There could be 40 minutes left for the flight to board, and they would NOT let you in whatsoever. The least they could do is help you and find a solution, if the flight actually boarded, except they just ignore you or tell you they can't help you. The fact that It didn't just happen to me, but to many others is completely immoral. Where is the Sympathy!

This airport is way better than jeddah i was convinced from this airport the staff is friendly and helpful too
But the problem is the announcements
They are nit clear as they should be

They have a lot to do with the first psychological thing that changes

Access to the internet is good.

I miss to travel, the voice of the airport announcers, the crowd, the crowd, their frustration and their waiting for take off. May God write you happy trips and comfortable travel.

There is nothing wrong with them, and we ask them to pay more attention to that, especially in the service of luggage, shipping and correct orientation according to flights.

Very nice riyadh airport but some employ from Bangladesh is not good

This airport is undergoing a huge modification. Every time I travel through this airport raise my expectation. I believe in this airport.

Nice airport I only saw out from the aeroplane not from inside to it. Because flight didn't allow to exit in to airport

You go straight to the parking lot, park the car and then go to the departure. You are not allowed to park the car and unload in front of the terminal.

Airport is getting rich from adding to arrange for everything I advise you

King Khalid Airport has been improved and excellent services added a wonderful airport

Bad, bad services, congestion, small, and waiting chairs in the halls are iron, as it tires the back, and yet you will be charged for using the airport facilities!

This fountain at King Khalid Airport we thought it was one of the wonders of the twentieth world !! At the beginning of the opening of the airport was a tourist resort ,,, strange that it holds up to this day ,,

Excellent, it has the most famous restaurants, popular brands and clear instructions, thanks to the airport management

Not the best airport in the Kingdom, needs some modifications and upgrades, but ok

Alot of improvements have been done in all terminals, such two lounges (Welcome & Alfursan).. Various options of coffee shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and doing thier best to make your stay comfortable.

The inner lounge needs heroes to inherit to reach the plane gates too far

The new fifth hall dedicated to domestic flights and soon begin the maintenance and repair of old international lounges

The new lounge is very good but the distance between the gates is very far away

Very clean and well organised with all covid precautionary measures taken and followed by all airport staff.

Always fascinated by the development every time I visited Riyadh! Well done.
