I traveled to many Asian, Gulf, and European countries, and God, my bags are late, except in this airport, on every trip, imagine two trips in the course of one bag !!! 45 minutes waiting for a bag !! I have not seen such stupidity and neglect on my travels other than this airport ... and its star edge is yours, but I am forced to comment

For international standards this airport need a lot of work:
1- maintenance been going on over 1 years and progress is slow
2- baggage rail is so small, many ppl are forced to ship their stuff by cargo cause the rail gets stuck
3- unsupportive employees who say no to avoid the hassle of helping tired passengers
4-coming to Riyadh you should expect a long delay to get your passport stamped ( with iqama)
5- misbehaviour from security toward Asian nationalities(officer pushed a 40 year old dude)
6- everyone is impatient there is no a lot of croud that block the way and the only thing done is putting them in line
7-employees always busy on their phone and they don't like customer interruption
8-there are still some nice amazing ppl that deserve 10 but....
9- free wifi thanks to service providers
10- free mobile recharge the to huwawei

Ps: I fly over 6 times every year to riyadh

Frankly ashamed of some of the evaluations and the details of the abuse of staff, especially foreigners. Blemish, some of the staff of the airport flaw

It was great experience, if you follow the Covid-19 SOPs, you'll not be disappointed from the services of the staff.

Big improvement, soon they d be able to be compared to the best international airports. Keep it up

Despite all these comments, i doubt if the services at the airport improves. Airport staffs need to improve their PR skills for sure.

Pros : Good infrastructure , good service , good ground staff, hassle free security checks and good seating arrangements , dominos available inside and good clean toilets.

Cons : far away charging spots , indian currency they don't take if u go to buy anything and the exchange shops also don't exchange indian currency so keep dollars with you or saudi riyals while visiting this airport .

I like Riyadh airport.The behaviour of employers was so good. I treated well there.I love Saudi Arabia.when I am coming from USA, they welcomes me in good way

Easy access .. No crowding .. The taxi is available and you can take any driver at a price or reservation via a decent or Uber route ...
Not to waste your time to book as soon as you get off the plane ...

Last and final exit feom Saudi. The check in was very smooth but thay didn't allow me to the zamzam water.

An excellent airport, but it is lacking in large, popular restaurants, fresh and popular pick-up, and some fast food restaurants

Worst airport ever... Wish Google had an option of giving less than 1 star.
1. You can't carry alcohol even if you're carrying a sealed package from another airport (Duty Free: Bought on the previous airport). Either you check it in or leave it at the airport. If your luggage is in direct transit then you will have to leave your bottle/bottles right there at the airport and forget about it.
2. There are signs of NO SMOKING everywhere/across the airport however you'd find one after enquiring a little bit. Airport employees sell cigarettes for double the price as you won't get an option for legitimate purchase at the airport. Beware of the cost.
3. The airport has a sign of FREE WI-FI however that's a lie. They suggest you to receive a text on your cell-phone for the password. So 'International Travellers' need to forget about using their Wi-Fi service. Horrible experience overall.

Worst airport worst staff. No management. Staff do discrimination. They not have proper management of parking and stuff.
