I asked for gear and brake adjustments. On receipt, I was informed that they had to replace the chain (!) Clean the front shock absorber and the whole cost is 350 PLN. I was surprised but I wanted to make sure and asked if the gears were adjusted. The young service technician answered ... yyy yes. After arriving home and the test it turned out that of course they are not. I do not know why he replaced the chain, why he cleaned the shock absorber9r and why he did not set the gears, but PLN 350 was lost and the disgust from the obvious parting remained.

The gentlemen quickly and efficiently repaired my stroller, at an affordable price. I think I will come back here for bikes for the whole family :)

A place run by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. For several years, I have been servicing bikes here, buying parts, dropping by for advice or to talk. They bikefitting me on the road (a revelation!) And with angelic patience they helped me choose the bike for the field. They organize road settings on the better side of the Vistula, forget about Gass;) Best service in Warsaw, full stop.

For me failure. The service was not nice to me, the prices leave a lot to be desired, and the service was a total failure, it did not cope with a minor problem. I will not use or recommend it again.

A very nice place to buy and service a bike, in which you immediately feel that it is run by people with a passion for this sport. I already bought 4 bikes there, I will come back in spring for two more. Mr. Marek, a great guy, jokes about a chat, advises a cup of coffee, he will make some interesting stories from the world of sport and in the meantime I don't even know when the bike will adjust ...

I bought a small thing in this store, a 1cm neco steering pad for PLN 15. What was my surprise when I checked on the internet how much it costs in other stores - PLN 5 (in one even PLN 3 but averaged). I understand that sometimes for some things sometimes overpay because it depends on time but 3 or 5x more expensive is already an exaggeration. Word usury. If other components are in a similar multiplier, I wish you good luck, I won't buy anything there anymore. Usury...

Great bicycle service, professional service, good prices

I definitely do not recommend the site. To do was repair the drive. On receiving the main reason for the repair was not removed. Despite two corrections on the spot, it was necessary to leave the bicycle for repair for one day. The end result was not satisfactory, but I was quite correct and driving, this is where I would give 3 stars. Unfortunately, after a relatively small operation (approx. 100 km) drive problems returned to a state worse than before the renovation. So it was a lot of money thrown down the drain.

After the complaint, the service is at a high level. I also appreciate the professional approach to the customer. Only the whole process took quite a long time. Nevertheless, the end result pleasantly surprised me, so give 4 stars.

Well, I rarely give negative opinions because people are difficult today. But in this shop I was unlucky and I will not be back there anymore. I wanted to give my bike back to the service. The first entrance and the Lord (slim tall) from behind the coffers busy something does not respond to good morning, he looks sternly at me. I ask after 2 minutes of standing what we are doing next, a small slaughter began, where I was also not indebted. Then I gave the bicycle. After the set date of receipt of zero telephone, that the bike was ready, then I called every 3 hours. Reception, well, a very clean bike, a few places I see that greased but the play in the hub is still present. The gentleman disappears and returns without play on the hub, but after 4 rides in the forest the clearance is visible again ?! I give a bicycle to Bikeman and the guys say the whole problem is not a twisted drum that was loose from the factory, but after all, the service was to improve it, by the gentlemen from Stara Mi osna. Another issue is prices, before the visit the price of a very low 60 PLN for the review, but when passing the bike, the price can change because there may be more work than usual, etc. The cost is over 2 times higher than the price given by the phone ... I give 2 stars, not 1, because some of the elements were actually done well, but the first contact and attention to details below expectations.

Now I see the reaction of the store to my entry. It's a waste of time for polemics, I do not recommend it and I'm not going back to this store. The attitude of the commentator from the deduction shop as well as what I was focused on shows the picture even more clearly.

In the "Na szosie" bicycle salon I bought a Trek Dual Sport 3 bicycle. I can recommend this place with all my heart - professional, kind and willing employees, convenient location and a wide range of assortment. I will definitely come back to this store more often. Thank you! :)

I changed my mind about this site diametrically at the end of last year. Left for service MTB bike (the review was mainly a guarantee because the bike was new, but it had a certain course and passed a few days trip in mountainous terrain so it was something to work on) returned to me in the state in which I gave it - unregulated, dirty generally unscrewed by a serviceman's hand. 120 zlotys out of the pocket (the seller himself suggested that he would not count the "washing" because he was not satisfied with the "effect" of this "cleaning", in other circumstances I would count it as a plus, but for PLN 120 it was nothing like a bad joke). A moment earlier, I gave a second-hand second-hand transmission (a small amount of timid, requiring only little adjustment) to the control review. This also came back to me in a state identical to the one in which it was before servicing - I had to adjust and clean myself, and it cost me PLN 160. I do not recommend it anymore, and leave the previous entries informatively

Update from 2018.09.05:
Another 1000km + on the meter and forced servicing due to clearance on the rudders, murmurs in hubs and disturbing knocks in the area of support - looseness on the rudders was, hubs were also supposed to have looseness, knocks generated SPD pedals (apparently also some looseness; after translating from the second of my bikes are quiet like in a church) - my "Cube" is apparently a terrible slack;)
And the service, like this service - you curse and pay, because you love to spin kilometers. And as it is commonly known on a smooth, it turns more pleasantly than on a broken one. In "On the road" although I know what I pay for and the work is done as it should. Once again, the bikes are laughing all the time ... although for the wrapper, gentlemen, you have a minus with me

The first professional servicing of my highway, from the news serviced by my own means. I am very happy with the result. All the mechanics finally work like in a Swiss watch. Prices for Warsaw in the norm. Owners / service without complaint. A big plus for Mr. Robert for a stoic calm when translating a customer-ram (ie me: P) how to properly use the "half-brother". Earlier, I was servicing my MTB there and I also had no objections. I will definitely use again

I put a wider tire on the front, and the Lord in service, asked if it would be ok, said that it is recommended, which is incorrect, of course he sacrificed PLN 30 for this very professional service.

I highly recommend the Naszosie store and service. Gentlemen are professionals in their field. They can advise when choosing a bike and accessories. You can see that they do what they love and it gives them a lot of joy. They also have a gift to infect others with their passion, for which I thank them.

A bicycle fault has been repaired quickly and efficiently. Nice place. I recommend calling the service and arranging for a specific time, they are heavily busy.

The service professionally repaired 4500 slack in the front support in my Trek, cleaned the entire bike, perfectly adjusted the gears, replaced the tires, centered the wheels. Despite its age, the bike rides like new. The service was made quickly and with parts and was inexpensive.
I heartily recommend it.
