Well, I rarely give negative opinions because people are difficult today. But in this shop I was unlucky and I will not be back there anymore. I wanted to give my bike back to the service. I ask after 2 minutes of standing what we are doing next, a small slaughter began, where I was also not indebted. Then I gave the bicycle. After the set date of receipt of zero telephone, that the bike was ready, then I called every 3 hours. Reception, well, a very clean bike, a few places I see that greased but the play in the hub is still present. The gentleman disappears and returns without play on the hub, but after 4 rides in the forest the clearance is visible again ?! I give a bicycle to Bikeman and the guys say the whole problem is not a twisted drum that was loose from the factory, but after all, the service was to improve it, by the gentlemen from Stara Mi osna. Another issue is prices, before the visit the price of a very low 60 PLN for the review, but when passing the bike, the price can change because there may be more work than usual, etc. The cost is over 2 times higher than the price given by the phone ... I give 2 stars, not 1, because some of the elements were actually done well, but the first contact and attention to details below expectations.

Now I see the reaction of the store to my entry. It's a waste of time for polemics, I do not recommend it and I'm not going back to this store. The attitude of the commentator from the deduction shop as well as what I was focused on shows the picture even more clearly.
