You d have to be a fool to purchase a home from these crooks. They owe everyone money in middle Tennessee not to mention their project manager can hang a flag pole. I would def find a reputable builder to purchase from!

I have lived in a Nason home in Clarksville for 5 years. It was a nightmare to deal with. Others in my area also had the same issues as well.
Biggest issue was the HVAC. It it a single compressor and unit with a vent control for upstairs and down stairs. 3 years of problems due to Nason cutting corners and refusing to put in a dampening vent that s $150. Mainstream heating and cooling was the best to work with to correct the issues Nason building left them with.
The floor plans were great, fit and finish is the worst I ve seen. Painting over dust on every piece of trim.
The drywall work was also extremely horrible. Every room needed corrections and two rooms needed to be redone completely.
The landscaping, where to start. Asked for them to fix obvious issues with drainage and erosion. They did less then my 12 year old did when we moved in. Ultimately had to pay $17000 for landscaping and sod to get the drainage corrected.
Many more detailed issues as well! Not recommended!
Update 11/18 - In response to Nason Homes' comment...
Update 11/18 - In response to Nason Homes' comment on this review, I would like to say thank you for showing your true character by posting opinionated reaction instead of addressing any of the issues listed. This lack of ownership is the reason why I went elsewhere.
1- Lack of transparency - The builder/seller does not communicate plans. For example, floor plans are not posted for fears that competitors will steal their model (they aren't originally unique). Also, putting up earnest money and having a contract doesn't keep the house off the market. The seller is always looking for a backup plan. 2. - Price gouging - The price of the next available home increases in comparison with preview homes that sold with the same floorplan in the same area. 3 - Poor craftsmanship - The homes are sloppily built and thrown together. For instance mirrors, drawers, shelves are installed slanted, while debris is not removed from the exterior grounds before sod is placed. 4- Drinking is allowed on the job - This probably explains why things in the home appear sloppy. There are numerous empty beer containers throughout the premises showing that the workers are drinking while assembling the homes. 5- Preferred lender - Their preferred lender, Bank South, is not very communicative or upfront. Throughout the entire process, we had to fact check the lender and initiate communication.

Worked with a number of builders through the years, must say this is one of the better ones. Quality home, you can see the attention to detail and the workmanship is topnotch. Agents were extremely professional, super friendly and approachable. They really made the transaction seamless.
