Beg your physician to send your order to another DME company!! Trust me, it will save you a lot of stress and high blood pressure. I'm not even the patient but it's been so difficult to get my husband's supplies on time let alone the entire order. What I really don't understand is how there is a monthly recurring order that is supposed to be delivered the same day every month but never does. Their excuse is that some of the items were on back order, but...... if this is a monthly thing, shouldn't you already have it in stock by the time the next order should be delivered?? I mean you have a whole month to make sure it's in stock?? Another thing I hate about this place is whenever you call them they place you on hold FOREVER!! My heart is literally racing right now just thinking about all the issues I've had with them in the past. It seems like we are working for them for free because we have to take the responsibility of calling them all the time to make sure our delivery is set up and to confirm the day of delivery not twice but 3 times. This place is so exhausting, just save the hassle and find another place. If not, you will experience the worst incompetent, uncaring, unreliable, unorganized company on earth. I can't wait to see this company crash, like I have no evil bone in my body but the things they have put me through and all the arguments I've had with them really gets to me. There are a lot more issues I've had to deal with since we started using them but not enough room in this review box hahaha
FYI Margaret Hadge works for them and she also made a review. LOL
Update 12/10/19: MICHAEL, DEBBIE & RICHARD works there too!! Or they are family/friends of the employees. Come on, stop trying to make the ratings go up. This place is sh!t and deserves no stars!!
