I had a lot of fun here. Crazy that I didn't like changing tires until I learned here by seeing how fast I can do it. If you want to use the simulators, make sure you buy the $35 unlimited pass cause you will want more..

Wow. It was probably 5 stars because we had a private event, so not busy, but they have done a great job with design and the employees seemed to enjoy their jobs and were quite knowledgeable. I recommend the gear shop invest in mouse pads, I would have bought at least 3!

Great Place To Visit with very helpful staff. Would like for there to be a bigger variety of food choices in the package deal. You get a choice of hot dog or hamburger plus your side and drink.

Very impressive set up! Lots of hands on activities to do while there. If you are a NASCAR fan or car enthusiasts, you will love this place! Make sure you use the little map that you are given. Place is very large and filled with the rich history of NASCAR racing.

I ended up at the Nascar Hall of Fame by pure coincidence. I was actually on my way to a wedding reception and needed a place to park and discovered the Hall of Fame across the street from the embassy suites. after the reception I decided to take a quick cruise around the facility. Still has the new car smell (pun intended) . if you call yourself a Nascar fan I would definitely stop by.

BEAUTIFUL!! SO IMPRESSED! If you're a race fan, then this is a must see!!!! You get to see and experience it all! From the pits, to the driving experience, seeing how it was also done by the greats in the beginning. You can walk thru the haulers, see the old time spotter stand!! Even try to qualify for a race, all explained in the voice of your favorite driver. I was like a kid at Christmas! Its a 3 hour tour to see the whole place and trust me you will want to! They even do portraits for you to take home, not free but very neat, not expensive and ya get some goodies to take home. I would do it again! Its a haul for us We have stay a few days!!

Parking is pretty easy, but not cheap. Plus the signs are not great on how to get to the actual entrance. The displays were well put together and had some great historical cars as well as new. The reason I can't give 5 stars is it was disappointing to find probably half of the hard card stations were not working or worn out. Otherwise a good experience.

We wanted to get a feeling for what NC had to offer so we came to the Nascar Hall of fame. This was a super fun place to visit with my elementary aged kids. They had a great time and the museum was very informative. I would highly recommend it.

It's a great museum with a ton of interactive activities. People have this misconception that you must be an avid NASCAR fan to enjoy this museum but that's not true. Most people spend an hour and half going through the museum. Here are my suggestions :
-If you plan on doing the simulator ride, get one of the unlimited combos
-Use your hard card; it's a souvenir but you can use it to get information that compliments the exhibits.
-Watch the movie- especially if you have no previous knowledge of NASCAR
-Go to Qualifying before trying the actual simulator or 9/10 you are going to crash as soon as you start.
-If you don't do anything else make sure you indulge in the Glory Road to see the classic and historic cars. You also feel how the embankment feels for driver. Now imagine going 150 mph!?

Easy to forget that Nascar's origin being in NC! Incredible exhibits, simulation races, and even a spot to try your hand at changing tires like a crew member!! Using drills and all. The exhibits include cars, trophies, and uniforms. Varying from older to newer cars, there is so much history at this place. You can also purchase some headphones and have a NASCAR hall of famer give you the tour around! A must visit while in Charlotte.

It was my first time. I took my dad for Father's Day. There was a lot do see and do. The price to pay for parking is ridiculous and the computers kept getting overloaded and shutting down, which is the reason for 4 instead of 5.

I'm not a car person but still had a good time at the museum. The racetrack exhibit was the highlight of the visit, showcasing the evolution of race cars through the decades. It was cool walking on the track and seeing how steep it could get on the turns. The other displays were interesting but certain sections definitely felt outdated. Unfortunately there's no free parking so we had to park in an expensive garage nearby.

About NASCAR Hall of Fame

NASCAR Hall of Fame: A Shrine to the History and Heritage of NASCAR

If you are a fan of NASCAR, then you must visit the NASCAR Hall of Fame. It is a shrine to the history and heritage of NASCAR under one roof with ever-evolving exhibits for you to explore. The museum is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, which is considered as the heartland of stock car racing.

The museum was opened in 2010 and has since become a popular destination for fans from all over the world. The building itself is an architectural masterpiece that features interactive exhibits, artifacts, and memorabilia that tell the story of NASCAR's past, present, and future.

One thing that sets this museum apart from others is its focus on education. The exhibits are designed not only to entertain but also to educate visitors about the sport's history and how it has evolved over time. You can learn about legendary drivers like Richard Petty, Dale Earnhardt Sr., Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson among others who have made significant contributions to this sport.

The museum also features state-of-the-art simulators where visitors can experience what it feels like to be behind the wheel of a race car. You can test your driving skills on virtual tracks or even compete against other visitors.

Apart from these interactive exhibits, there are also several galleries dedicated to showcasing different aspects of NASCAR's history such as its evolution from moonshine runners during prohibition era into one America’s most popular sports today; how technology has changed racing; how safety measures have improved over time; among others.

Another highlight at this museum is its collection of historic cars that have been driven by some famous drivers throughout their careers. These cars include Richard Petty's 1970 Plymouth Superbird which he drove during his record-breaking season when he won 18 races out 32 starts; Dale Earnhardt Sr.'s iconic black No.3 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS which he drove during his seven championship-winning seasons; Jeff Gordon’s No.24 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS which he drove during his four championship-winning seasons among many others.

In addition to these permanent exhibits at the hall fame there are always new temporary exhibitions being added throughout year so every visit will be unique experience for visitors who come back again after few months or years later they will find something new waiting them inside hall fame walls .

Overall if you're looking for an immersive experience into world famous motorsport then look no further than visiting NASACR Hall Of Fame where you'll find everything related with Nascar under one roof!
