Nice hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Great location. Pools are nice and clean and so are the rooms. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Pool is awesome with a really cool water slide. Hotel has transportation to the beach. Friendly staff and specially the ones at the pool who give out towels and look after the water slide. Definitely recommend!

We stayed here with our family in July 2015. We had a Fantastic time!! The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though it was very fancy, it had a very relaxed feel to it. The pool area for kids had one water slide flume, a shorer version of what you might see at a water park. And the beach was so private, natural, and beautiful. Lots of cypress trees along the edge, water sports available. Wooden chaise lounges and "queen size" lounges available. Wow, we had an incredible time. The staff at the beach helped set up your lounge chairs and water sports and they were very helpful and friendly. The kids rented a kayak the first day. The second day they rented a kayak and paddleboard. Three dolphins swam by maybe 10 feet away from them. We rented a queen loung area with umbrellas which made the day so enjoyable. When we were at the pool area, the kids(and sometimes me!) went down the slide about a hundred times. A fun, fun weekend. Oh, and we can't forget the fishing trip the boys took, caught red snapper. And the amazing spa day I had. The best massage I ever had. Wonderful weekend trip.

I am impressed with the service and amenities. The staff, management, and contractors have worked together to bring the Naples Grande back to full service - and more! It is beautiful and comfortable. As soon as you walk in the grand entrance, you feel welcomed and assured that the staff is dedicated to making your stay exceed you expectations. The front desk staff are professional and focused on service. The valet and concierge are quick, kind, and helpful. Housekeeping and service staff (restaurants, event services and catering, maintenance, room service) are dedicated to making you feel relaxed and care for. The food at our catered meals and reception was incredible - with many choices, a surprising variety of fresh produce, and creative presentations that met most dietary needs - easily. If you are looking for a place to host a business event or to enjoy the warm sandy beaches with your loved ones, the Naples Grande Beach Resort has it all.

It was very nice. The rooms need a microwave and it's priced like Disneyland but overall very nice

Love this place ! From the rooms, to the bars and restaurants, the pool with the slide and do not get me started on the ropa vieja nachos . Definitely a must try if you visit. You won't regret it.

I am a child and recently stayed here. It was my favorite hotel ever. It was super nice, and the pool was amazing. There is an amazing boardwalk to get to the beach. Nice and shady too! I can't wait for the next time I go.

Love this place, awesome pool with a slide, separate adult pool, multiple bars and restaurants, amazing rooms with amazing bathrooms. The beach is a short walk or golf cart ride away, down a beautiful boardwalk through the mangroves! Very relaxed with tons of excitement at the same time. You decide for yourself what you want to enjoy.

Beautiful interior as well as exterior adult pool is quiet and fun and Family Pool is wonderful for all.
Unfortunately there was red tide on the beach so it didn't make that much fun rooms are beautiful although I wish you could see more of the ocean so you could hear the ocean Roar.

Parking not great, we were in a room with a bathroom set up for handicapped, very small sink. The bedroom was nice. Nothing complimentary.

The hotel is very nice, the room is supper spacious. The tub alone is huge, the bed is super comfortable.

Great pools, food and grounds. Excellent beach. Busy and crowded but if you're okay with that, it's an excellent choice

Overall I wasn't impressed with this resort given the price that we paid for it. The front desk was great to deal with and the rooms were clean. The cleaning crew was also very nice. Jimmy, Anton, and Adrian at the beach were awesome in helping us set up our chairs each day. However, the two pools were constantly overcrowded and this was supposedly the off-season. I don't think it's right that the resort allows people not staying at the hotel to pay a fee to use the pools. Also, the food at the restaurants on site was ridiculously overpriced. I understand a little bit of mark-up is expected because of the convenience but the mark-up at the restaurants was way over the top. Almost nothing is included with what you pay. No breakfast, no drinks except for coffee in your room and bottled water. Even the umbrellas at the beach cost you money. Self parking in their garage is about $19+ each day (with taxes). You're also charged a resort fee each day (close to $40 with taxes) on top of your room fee at checkout. In closing, we won't be back to this hotel and I can't recommend it to others.

We spent an afternoon at the Naples Grande Beach and it was WONDERFUL. We loved the cabanas and lounge chairs, it made for an enjoyable afternoon. I highly recommend getting the cabana, it is much better than an umbrella because you have a little more privacy and more shade. (It costs more to rent the cabana but it is worth it!) The staff sets everything up for you too. We especially appreciated Anton who got us set up on the beach and Cameron who moved us to another location later in the day. The staff on the beach is tops! We can't wait to come back.

Pros - beach, staff, beds, view, especially of the sunsets on the north side. Cons- bungalows/suites are college apartments, problems with air conditioning fixed by moving rooms, the two drinks as part of the resort fee are basically for bud light or equiv.

The place was great. Beware of the breakfast service. They serve you coffee and tea like they are complementary, but they are not.

FROM A VERY ENJOYABLE 1 WEEK STAY AT THE NAPLES GRANDE.THE ACCOMADATIONS,SERVICE,FOOD,AND ATMOSPHERE WERE WELL ABOVE OUR EXPECTATIONS.THE STAFF AS WELL AS MANAGEMENT WERE BOTH CURTIOUS AND FRIENDLY.WE WOULD DEFINATLY REFER THE NAPLES GRANDE TO OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.WE HOPE TO STAY THERE AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE

Nice resort that I had a conference at. Would return for vacation on our own. Nice set of pools, convenient access to beach via tram or 0.6 mile walk on a boardwalk to beach. Chairs are free with stay at resort, and can rent umbrellas, etc. at beach. Has bathrooms and snack bar at beach. Nice size rooms, nice bathroom. Older hotel, but renovated to keep interior updated. Great staff throughout site.

Nice big hotel. The main pool is great, especially for children as there is a waterslide, or there is an Adults Only pool if you don't have young ones. The pool was extremely busy at Weekend however as I think they have member guests visiting, so midweek may be better. Golf carts run you to the beach, which is excellent. We had a gulf view double double room and the view was excellent - we watched the sunset over the gulf in the evening. The bathroom had a fantastic bath big enough to fit 4 people in! Food is very expensive however (especially in the evening at the Pelican), so you may find it better to dine out.

Naples Grande was a wonderful place to vacation with my wife and 2 year old. The pool is great and the week was made complete by the awesome service we received throughout the resort - especially at the beach. Christian helped us out at the beach and was a true professional and made sure that my family was taken care of with drinks, chairs and toys for my daughter. He even offered local knowledge about the beach which my wife and I really appreciated. For us, Christian was the face of this wonderful resort. Thanks again!

If I could give this place six stars I would this is my third time here it is the best hotel I've stayed in in the area nothing is over done great family restaurants great family atmosphere fantastic pool the only complaint I would have about this place it's really not a big complaint is that it's not closer to the ocean but they do have free shuttle service to the ocean which is great the views are fantastic the beds are great the staff is really really great best the concierge has to be commended everything everything that we did here was great I really highly recommended my highest recommendation

Great service, excellent rooms. Be advised though: the resort is NOT on the beach. The beach is about a 1/2 mile walk from the resort (they do have shuttles). Restaurants at the resort are delicious, but pricey. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Staff is what makes this establishment top notch - every single person I associated with was amazing!

Great service, great food both in dining room, bar, and poolside. The rooms were very comfortable and the view from the balcony was perfect. Close to all the action.

Was there for a conference. Overall a great location and clean facility with a nice paved park to head towards the beach.

Looks like a Grande hotel but it's the staff that really make this hotel. Nice pool and very good facilities. Close to the beach and connected by a frequent free golf buggy service. 10 minute walk, although nobody walks anywhere in the USA, to an upmarket shopping mall (contains 2/3 restaurants) , coffee shop and a Walgreens. The rooms are spacious but some are showing signs of wear and and tear.

Very safe measures and amazing staff. We visited the first weekend of reopening and would love to go back.

Excellent hotel only drawback is it will cost you 25 dollars per day for a parosol on the beach which is daylight robbery. Hotel does have a cash machine but no bureau de change. Other than that cant find any faults.

My wife and I were there for a celebratory dinner in honor of her tenure at her work place. It was a beautiful hotel, and everyone was very friendly and accomadating! We were very impressed!

From the moment we stepped into this Hotel we felt an amazing vibe. Everything was cleaned and well maintained. The Lobby is outstanding and the garage is right under the Hotel. We got our room in the 16th floor and the view was breathtaking. The rooms were super clean, specially the carpets all along the hallways and inside the room. Bathroom was huge with a walk in shower and a XL hot tube. Water and coffe in the room to start the day. Pools are a bit small but there are 3 of them so that helps(mind you i went during Covid 19) Guests inside were wearing masks. Overall the experience was 5 Star. We usually went out for dinner so I can't review the restaurant onsite.

Clean, friendly, and relaxing, you will not be disappointed

It's a wonderful hotel that we've had a long relationship with. My group has been going here every year in October for a lot of years and now because of money we can't get our prices. That's a terrible way to treat a huge group that's had a tradition of being there at the same weekend every year.

I went on Oct/2020 and I have to say, it was Amazing!!!
The service was so good and the nearby
beach was so relaxing that I extended my vacations for 2 more days. They offered a fair price for them.
The associates at the hotel were very friendly and taking care of the small details that make your experience better.
The beach is close to the hotel. The shuttle arrived frequently, you dont have to wait more than a few minutes.
Most of the restaurants were closed, due to Covid (I assumed). But there is a lot of restaurants nearby that I enjoyed as well.

Nice location as have access to beach although on this occasion we could not enjoy the beach due to red tide.

Pool area and lobby are nice however 1) rooms are more like a 2 -3 star rather than 4 star hotel 2) staff encouraged drunk behavior, handing people beer bottles to guests in the pool. This was our 3rd stay and now that it s a different company you can see how things have changed...

Drinking didn t stop in the pool...carried on well into the night and had trouble sleeping. It was a Saturday so perhaps way more quiet during the week ..But clearly not ideal for anyone who isn t a a big drinker. Guess these are the type of people they now want as guests (good margins on alcohol beverages) but not our cup of tea.

Also, the front office staff need to learn better social skills. All right out of school and with entitled attitude. I would have take off another star if not for Nino who was the only genuine, caring staff member we encountered. Note to management: you can save money via self
Check in and just retain ONE manager to facilitate or hire local retirees who have people skills. Obnoxious kids (and I m not that old mind you) are a good short term fix but as your brand ambassadors make a huge impact in the long run!!! If you call yourself a 4 star hotel act like it and maintain 4 star standards of service!

Photo shows staff serving alcohol to guests in pool + the really subpar bathroom we had !! Mold and extremely dated ! Beds were very comfortable but for a 4 star hotel bathroom should be a much nicer and at least have quality shampoo and conditioner !!!! Visible wear on furniture although not an issue.

Went to sunrise Easter service there on the beach. It was amazing.

A simply wonderful experience. The only way to truly enjoy this fantastic resort is by staying here. Executive V.I.P. is totally worth it, they provide every amenity you can possibly think of. Located in the heart of downtown Naples and looks over 5th Ave. Within short walking distance of the beach, great food and adorable shops and boutiques. Also located very close to the Coastland Center Mall, Publix, pharmacies and banks. 10/10 reccomendation for anyone interested in getting the truly luxurious SWFL experience.

Amazing hotel... Beautiful grounds, nice amenities included in the price, good restaurants on site, loved the golf carts and the trails to the beach. Clean and beautiful beach as well.

Great place, comfortable and beautiful rooms, wonderful amenities (The Catch of the Pelican restaurant on site was phenomenal). The only downside to the place is the walls seemed thin as during the day you could hear the peoples TV next door and people being loud in the hallway.

Hotel was modern and clean. Deck had great views of naples but could only see a little bit of beach, pool and beach very nice. Hotel is not directly on beach you have to take short walk maybe 10 minutes or take shuttle. Food was not that great and very over priced, $15 for hot dog $16 for grilled cheese. Spa pool was only like 18inc deep but private.

Kids are the chef and make your family pizza on Saturdays with reservation.

My Favorite Hotel! There's nothing that I don't like about this hotel. From its great location, delicious food, great beach only minutes away by free tram, fun pools, great staff, clean rooms, and not to mention, within a half-hour in all directions you have Naples!

This resort was wonderful! The private beach was clean and perfect to lay in the sun. My friends and I loved the pool, the water slide was surprisingly fast, which was awesome! There was a great breakfast buffet, loads of food choices and the menu changed daily. We will definitely return here whenever we visit Naples.

Very good venue for a 30+ attendee meetings. Illy coffe shop closed a little too early to my taste. Gym is one of the best that I have seen with almost 100% Life Fitness equipment with more than 30 machines.

Average you look like a first class beautiful place

Was here for a conference. Was pretty nice, but expensive. Makes for a decent all in one pool beach and golf vacation, but there are better locations to use as a home base to get out and explore.

It has been the hotel of our family for years. Had some facility improvements when it turned Naples Grande again. Very nice pool area with jacuzzi, adult pool and slide. Nice ride through mangroves to the beach. This time of the year water was muddy with lots of sea weeds. Room very clean and spacious

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Staff and amenities were very nice. The pools are great. Saturday was a good time. DJ at the pool was great. Room was spacious and nice. Hotel is showing some age. The large bathtub did not get used. Food quite expensive. Would go back. We were on the 12th floor and the view was amazing from our balcony! Had a great stay.

24 hour pool! Beach access is a joke and the beach is terrible, so don't come here for that.
