Naples Grande Beach Resort Review

well very disappointed. 4 star no I don't think so! They are poorly kept up and felt dirty. Their attention to detail is not good. They nickel and dime you for everything and I mean everything. Not at all worth the price. They charge 25 to get into your room before 4:00 and certain chairs with cabana are 275.00 per day. Seriously a joke.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great views, large rooms. Special thank you to front desk supervisor Brian Spohn who truly made this a great stay. I was made to feel like a VIP. He is a credit to your staff.

I am a modest traveler and generally prefer to spend my money on experiences rather than accommodations. However, this hotel is both so it was worth every penny. The staff were all excellent and friendly. The location is fantastic. The view from the 17th floor is superb and the room was exactly like the photos; very clean and comfortable. Overall it was the nicest stay in a hotel I have ever had. This place puts the Hilton in Honolulu to shame. Swimming along the Clam Pass beach we saw a ray jump out of the water, a manatee, hermit crabs, a stone crab, a batfish, and millions of sand dollars. Absolutely loved it!

Pool regulations are ridiculous can't enjoy the pool area only swim and THAT'S IT really

Attended a married couple retreat organized by Christian Life Center Fort Lauderdale. This place is amazing, even the fitness room was impressing, I didn't expect that for a hotel. They treat customers very well there.

Wonderful hotel. Definitely take the shuttle down to the beach. It's about a 3/4 mile hike.

People were so nice and very attentive so relaxing and the best time ever! Only thing wrong is that the prices on food and drink are high

I stayed here for the FLASHA conference. My room was gorgeous. Definitely a hotel I'll return to. I had a view of the pools and the gulf. Staff and food were wonderful. Cant wait to return again and enjoy more amenities.they took great care of us for our conference!

Nice hotel, room modernized but here and there somewhat outdated. Restaurant good, breakfast buffet tasty but limited. Overall moderate to good.

We absolutely loved this place !!! One of the best resorts/ hotels we stayed in Naples ! We will definitely return there! Rooms were great with a side view on the ocean. Food was also good and the best part is that you can walk to the beach from there !!

The old Waldorf Astoria is better than ever. One of the premier places to stay when visiting Naples.

It was just lovely! I went for a Christmas buffet with my father and everything was on point! Food was excellent, staff was nice and extremely attentive, and the place is absolutely gorgeous! A little pricey, but definitely worth it!

Michael Keller, Jazmine, Jerome, and Curtis provided excellent service and ensured that their guests made the most of their stay. I have nothing to say but great things about the hotel staff and the facilities. If you vacation here you cannot go wrong! Thank you Naples Grande Team!

Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean and well kept. Nice walking path to beach. Convenient free shuttle for guest. Yields could have been softer.

Love this hotel. Beautiful had all the amenities you could want. Beautiful rooms large with a large tub and well appointed, pristine and a great view. Their is a family pool and private adult pool. The cabanas are first come first serve with no extra cost. If you want to reach the beach their is a free hotel trolley to take you back and forth. They will set you up with lounge chairs and towels where you wish...again no extra cost. You can't beat champagne happy hour. They were doing a promotion. I'm will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed here many times over 12 yea ehh s and many management and name changes. I had one year during that time where I had complaints other than that I love this hotel. The rooms are nice, and clean. They have a great bar and lounge area inside and out. They have a breakfast restaurant and the views are beautiful! It's a short nature walk on the adjacent boardwalk to the beach and there is a bar and restaurant on the beach. If you cant take the 3/4 mile wall they also have a golf cart ride you can hop on. Pool is amazing as well

The maintenance guy, Kingsley Bussell did a great job helping us with our Chrome casting.

The resort is absolutely beautiful with all the bells and whistles you expect from a luxury property. But what really made our stay was the incredible service given to us at check-in and check-out by Paige. She was warm and informative. We were there for my birthday and she made my day special with her kindness. Thank you, Paige!

Fantastic facility, great food, exceptionally clean room with lots of amenities.
Close to the beach and great restaurants.
The few complaints I had included not being told about the easy access to a beautiful beach simply by riding a hotel tram or a half mile walk on a beautiful walkway thru the mangroves.
Also with no elevator to the parking garage the stairwell is the only access making getting luggage difficult to get to the room unless dropped off at the front entrance, which requires you to check out at the front desk, walk the stairs down to the parking garage, access your car and drive back around to the front entrance to pick up your luggage.
But I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel but slow in taking care of issues.
Beach is about a mile away that you can either walk or take a cart to it. Nice pools and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is not bad but its not really good either but there's plenty of places around to go grab some food.

I would never stay at this hotel again for the following reason. Our stay was for three nights over the new year. Upon arrival our room was warm. After 3 visits from the maintenance team the issue was never resolved. Management did not seem to care and dismissed my concern. For a four star stay I would expect more.

I have been coming to this hotel for 15 years and loved everything about it. The food, people, rooms, pillows and more. Today I checked in after a couple of years and it wasn't the same. The food was bad and expensive. I ordered the eggs Benedict, and it was cold and not good at all. They charged me 84.00 dollars for an apple juice, breakfast potatos ,fruit salad and a coffee. They also change the recipe for the potatoes, the pillows were flat. It was not a good experience. Also when I called the front desk, explained my experience, and asked if they changed owner she said yes.
That explains everything

I had the pleasure to have dinner with my father in Naples Grande Beach Resort. The food was amazing!!! We loved the miso seabas in dashi broth and the sangria was so refreshing. Since the moment we arrived to the hotel we felt comfortable and happy to be there, the staff was really nice and friendly, our server at the catch of the pelican was really good. We also had the pleasure to meet the F&B manager Becky DeWald, she is an amazing person, very funny and professional. Thank you all!!! We'll go back for sure.

A fabulous place to stay. The building was beautiful and the staff was consistently helpful and polite. Overall my wife and I had a very good time and look forward to staying there again in thye future.

We had a great stay at the Naples Grand. Our kids loved the water slide, they couldn't stay off of it. The room and view were great. Amenities were good; and, the staff was courteous and helpful.

Very professional service, clean and relatively modern rooms, great pool and access to beach, spa and other useful facilities all close by.

Spacious rooms, tubs large enough for group photos, and a short walk to the bay.

Hi i am a kid and i went with my family to this place. it is amazing i loved the waterslide at the pool and the boardwalk. i highly recommend to anyone unless you don't like having fun.

Edit: The rooms are beautiful, but the wifi signal and reception here is awful. The customer service here is a gamble. The people behind the counter in the little coffee shop are great. However the bartender in the main bar, it's a woman, was so bland to me and seemed like it was hassle to take care of me. Look I got it customers can suck but I tried my hardest to be as nice to you as possible. I definitely notice the way you treated me and everyone around me. The staff at the Aura restaurant can leave a sour taste in your mouth. Please do the hand someone a check full of sticky syrup,no one wants that. Also it would be nice if guest had the option to pay for drinks and food on a card and not just charge it to the room, I'm referring to the adult pool.

Stayed 3 nights for business event. The room is spacious and my room has balcony with golf view. The name "Grande Beach Resort" is misleading. It's not on the beach. To access the beach, you need to either take a tram for 0.6 mile, or walk for quite a while to get there. Swimming pools are well maintained except the pool service closes way before sunset. The nightmare of my stay was my room. The room was very humid and miserable to stay in. I called multiple times to request a fix. Admin sent aircondition guy twice and neither accomplished anything. They said the manager will move us to a normal room to sleep, but never heard any follow up. The room TV cast didn't work at first, when I called to request a fix, I was told "the chromecast require cable and we dont supply cables". It was eventually fixed by replacing the broken casting device. Regarding billing: I spoke to a rep at the front desk to address an error, and I was told he took care of it. You might have guested it, it was not taken care of. Overall, it was 3 miserable nights sleeping in a bathroom like humid room. Additionally, I got bitten by unknown bugs during sleeping. Never experienced this type of bites. They itch terribly. These photos show part of bites on my body. I thought this additional information may be important and should not be omitted.

Great place, rooms are nice and newly renovated. Pool has a slide for kids and a seperate adult pool. It also has a pool side bar with food.

Attended a professional conference, well managed for rooms, presentations and very good meals.

We got the gulfview room hoping to see the sunset during our three night stay. Unfortunately, it's impossible to see the sun set because there's a highrise straight west of the hotel that blocks the setting sun... what a disappointment. The next day we tried going to the beach to see it, but the trams stop taking people to the beach right before sunset. So we could not see the d#mn sunset.
The tennis courts are ok. The golf course is very good. Tennis is free in the afternoon and 23 in the morning and golf is 59/69/99 depending on the time of day. Overall we had a great time but we will stay somewhere else that has better views and access to the beach next time.

Just visited the lobby bar. Service was slow and food was expensive for what we received.

I m a local and this is one of my favorite resorts for a Staycation.
Incredible pool and amenities, spa, water slide, fitness center. A trolley to the beach, snack bar with great food options and drinks at the beach. Wonderful hotel, food and bar service as well. I bring my paddle board and love exploring clam pass on the SUP. Certainly worth the stay and great for vacationers of all ages.

Amazing resort! Special shoutout to Cleighton, George, Adrean, Remario and Albut for keeping us comfortable all week at the beach, they were so accommodating and helpful.

I'm from Miami Beach and went over for a "semi-staycation". Grounds are impeccable. Every member of the staff is EXCEPTIONAL. The food was outstanding!!! I highly highly highly recommend the crab cake from the dinner menu -it will blow your mind!!. Super friendly bar staff and bartender Nick was a hoot. Pool deck and pool layout is second to none, with a fun slide even for this 40 year old guy. Room was on the 10th floor with sprawling ocean views. Bathroom was large with both shower and jacuzzi and plenty of space. Safe underground parking garage or valet of course. Our breakfast was included and excellent as well. Highly recommend this resort hotel. Already looking forward to returning.

Place itself was ok but service left odd thoughts about it. They have beach transportation going all day which is nice. Hotel itself is a bit off from center or shopping/restaurant facilitys. But the thing for us were when we checked out i noticed that there was somebody else drinked into our bill. When i stated this to reception lady she said that I have to start calling their financial division or something like that. I said I am going to travel now to Europe and its very difficult for me to start call them all the way there and it also costs quite a lot. She just said there is nothing she is willing to do. I said its not our fault its yours and you should fix it. She just goes sorry cant do anything. Lucky for us manager came by and started to solve this. I don't know yet what is outcome but i don't use alcohol at all so its pretty obvious that somebody else has drinked into my room bill and so for their systems and security seems to be not in needed quality level. For me, these kind of things are always warning signs that something else what you don't want to happen in your holidays, might occur.

Beautiful 9th floor room with balcony overlooking coast and pool. Sadly main pool was closed for refurbishment which we didn't know about at time of booking. Staff all friendly and helpful. We got our resort fees and parking free with B.A. holiday and probably wouldn't have picked this hotel if we'd had to pay these fees. Food prices a bit high 5 dollars for a coffee! Overall a good stay but not sure we would return.
