I've been coming here for at least 10 years and often try to include it in my trips to London. They update the games frequently and have VR games now along with the classics. They have games for fun as well as games for prizes. The best time to go is midweek. They have a bar, bowling, bumper cars and plenty of activities for kids and young adults.
some lousy employees attention. One coin remained a machine and it did not bother not to put the game from scratch.
Good selection of games.
Even with two button on "Faster then Light" not working, the 4 way PAC Man death match made up for it!
Unfortunately drinks selection at the bar were sub par both in quality and variety!
My pint of Guinness had less fizz then current economy!
And my sister's Costa Cappuccino was better left untouched!
Good banter with the staff and a great selection of games etc.
Hadn't been here before, found it by chance and what a place. So much to do here, big screen TVs, bar area, bowling plus much much more. Well worth the visit.
After visiting the aquarium, we stumbled into this place and it was amazing. At first we thought it was just an arcade, never realised such a place like this existed.
Felt like a hidden gem, the more levels you go down the more you discover. This place has arcades, bumper cars, bowling, an escape room, games that had VR headsets, pool tables, ping pong tables, a bar that serves food and they have large screens with multiple things playing at once
This place has everything you need to have a good time. The majority of the arcades gave out tickets which you could redeem for prizes, you do have to win alot to get anything decent, but it's all good fun.
The staff at the bar on the lowest ground were very friendly and food was quickly made, it was delicious. If we ever bring friends to London, this will be the first place we take them. Loved it and you will too
Worst aracade... Had techincal issues with the machine and staff told us they can't help. Crane machines kept dropping the dolls. Also games are quite expensive to play. won't return..
Love this place, great for the adult kids, annoying the machines are not very reliable.
Dodgems are fun. Arcade is quite nice but could have more varied game. Be prepared for the noise.
It is very nice unfortunately the bowling and bar part was shut for a private function when we went
Really fun & cheap . Lovely for a cute date or even for family s to go to. Not as big as I imagined, but definitely loads of fun
Original and varied games. The prices are still a little high and the prizes to be won are not worth the amount spent in the machines. If you go for fun this is the perfect place.
Loads of games, my family loved it. A shame there aren't any 2p pushers but there is everything else you could want.
Lovely places to take the kids and chill out loads of things to do bowling, table tennis, pool, bumper cars and lots more
Good amusements if you like the machines that pay out in tickets.
Good place to spend a hour or 2! Old stryle games mix with new! Nice bowling alley.
The wheelchair access is through sealife. Which means that you need to get out of Namco before 6pm. Restricting access
So much fun. The place is massive and has everything.
Relaxed, reasonably priced and a great selection of games, including dodgems. Marvellous.
Loved it. So many fun things to choose from and the atmosphere was just awesome. I will recommend this place to anyone wants to have fun near the main attraction of London
We had sooo much fun!
Prices are not exceptional and too much people waiting at the tickets counting machine but really fun
Big big fan of this place! I ve been several times for dates, days out and even for my birthday recently. They ve got a great selection of games (even though the skiball machines seem to have disappeared) and even bumper cars.
Favourite arcade in London and close to everything in central.
There was multiple people bowling in our lane that we paid for so we left and came back later. When we did the score keeper broke down. Not a fun experience.
Funny! Somewhat old but always fun. usually well attended. One or the other waitress downstairs in the bar could be friendlier.
The management will refuse to honour their own offers instead opting to rebrand a machine, but the staff are incredible!
It was some amazing fun!
We went there as a group of 8 teenagers from abroad and we had great fun! There are fun arcade machines (except the broken guitar hero ), some really cool bumping cars, an awesome Lazer maze and a cool restaurant 5 minutes away if you want something more serious to eat!
If you love classic arcade fun you'll love this place!
If you're a gaming lover, then this is the place for you. From bumper cars, bowling, arcade games, pool, simulators, you'll find everything here to soothe your hearts desire. Bonus if you win tickets, they can get you some nifty rewards!
It was way bigger than expected, it's a lot of different games, even have bumbercars!
Excellent to have a fun time with guys or just the big ones
Good fun playing on the machines and dodgems. Bar is reasonably priced but can be slow and disorganised (struggle to keep an eye on who's next)
Machines getting a bit tired, often breaking or eating money. Staff unhelpful when that does happen and you ask for your money back. Drinks overpriced, but still an interesting night out.
It is a fun space for bowling, or just to have a drink with friends, the staff was a little uninterested, but otherwise my visit vas ok, it is a recomended place
Ok but too loud and expensive there is more cheaper and more arcades in Southend
Nice area to hang out but no phone signal inside.. Needs to be improved.
Good way to spend some fun time, but you definitely end up spending a fair bit of money here. Slightly limited choice of games here. I personally much prefer the arcade in Thorpe park.
Visited today as a fairly large group, the 2 stars are for the bowling which was fun and the children really enjoyed it, unfortunately it was let down by the staff and their rudeness.
Firstly they decided a child who had measured big enough to ride alone on one of their height charts wasnt big enough as we got to the front of the queue for the bumper cars. Meaning we didnt have enough adults to go with the rest of the children and therefore decided to get a refund for the whole group of very disappointed children.
The queues to redeem your tickets was ridiculous with only what seemed to be 1 member of staff serving with a queue of up to 20 people waiting!
Then just as we were about to leave we wanted to use the toilets as we had a group of small children. A friend went first and was told that there was a private party downstairs and that we would have to go to the london eye to use their facilities. As she had a young child with her she was quite upset that she was being denied use of the facilities and tried to explain that the little girl needed to go and might have an accident if left. Her other charge was with us and she couldnt just leave to go to the london eye.
We tried to get moving as quick as possible, but unfortunately her child had an accident ,
When she informed a member of staff she was given blue roll and asked to clean it herself. When she refused as she felt that the lack of toilet facilities was not her fault, she was then asked to leave the premises.
The fact is , this is half term, there were many people with small children in the premises and to not have toilet facilities available is simply disgusting!
If you are going to close the only toilets in that part of the building then maybe make an announcement and give people notice so that people can get small children to the toilet before they are closed.
Only having one toilet in a premises that size is ridiculous anyway.
Wouldn't come again. Most of the staff are rude and unhelpful, the only ones who were pleasant and polite were the ones on the bowling alley area.
A little stale selection of amusements. Certainly enjoyable for kids, but not for any long amount of time. There are plenty more interesting and fun things to do along the South Bank.
Probably isn't the best choice to visit on the weekend cause there's a lot of tourists, but it is still an amazing place and you can have a lot of fun. Lately they have changed the place a little and brought in new prizes and new games to play. I definitely recommend visiting when you are in London!
This place is an amusement arcade. Lots of amusements, there is also a bar there. There is an upstairs as well. A group of us played bowling and that was fun. I would say go and check it out.
Not what it used to be. Just tickets for prizes basically
I want to love this place. No, I do love this place. But it's also fallen a long way (and it was never classy). I've been going there on and off since it opened well over a decade ago and it still offers the same good things: pool tables, bowling and arcade games (and an on-site McDonalds. And beer.). Sadly, the range and type of arcade games has diminished over the years and most of the really interesting novelty ones have gradually been replaced by standard driving and shooting games. Is that terrible? No. But now it's just a bigger version of a little arcade on a beach front.
Where's the 4-platter laser-clay-pigeon-shooting? Where's the foam-sword samurai simulator? The VR anti-aircraft helmet? The boxing games where you have to physically dodge your opponent? All gone.
Sigh. Anyone for another round of Time Crisis 5?
Ok then...
Great place to be. They have radio cars inside the room and many arcade machines. You can win "tickets" on some machines that can be exchanged for prizes afterwards. Great fun for everyone.
Fun, but crowded and ticket machine queues are long
Great place to spend a few hours. Have a drink and charge your phone in the bar while the kids play
Go here for a great time! Always fun and great for kids too
If I could , I would give minus stars. It was my birthday and after looking at their website , I had decided that Namco Funscape was the place that I wanted to spend it , little did i know it would be the worst experience of my life.
At first, it was alright I had played a few games. The staff were very hostile except the nice lady that worked the bumper cars. After I had paid for my overpriced food I had realised that my phone was missing.
(it was my birthday so I had just got my old phone upgraded to the latest iPhone 11) So you could imagine my pain when i had asked the staff if they had seen it or had known where it was and they said no.
I was searching for my phone everywhere and whenever I saw security or the manager, they would pretend as if they were looking for it. Closing time was approaching and they started telling me to leave.
I refused to leave until they gave me any information or showed me the CCTV recording .They shouted at me and started grabbing me and pushing me , i was in tears. One of the two men started swearing at me and even said "its just because you're a young girl , if you were a boy i would have-" and didn't finish his sentence.
I wanted to see the CCTV to see who had taken my phone , but they claimed that it was illegal and that only the police could do such, but to me they did not care one bit. I was crying and they had kept on aggressively pushing me to the point where my dress fell and my chest was exposed.
These two men both twice the size of me kept on grabbing and pushing me until i was outside, I felt exploited and very unwelcome. I do not recommend this place what so ever they did nothing but ruined my birthday for me.
Beautiful games room in central London, just steps from the London Eye. The games are really many, with affordable prices and exchangeable interesting gadgets with tickets
Some really cool attractions and machines but a bit expensive, dodgems are great
A bit dingey and lots seems to be broken. I think it smelt a bit of farts. But they have got Time Crisis 5.
