Namco Funscape London Review

Very nice place to have fun , sanitisers everywhere and stickers with info to social distance but there is no social distancing and the place was packed and only a few wearing face coverings , there should be someone who controls the amount of people coming in and asking them to respect the rules

Fun for all ages. You could spend a lot of money here if you are not careful. Better in a group I think

Great place many years ago till they got rid of the most expensive and the biggest arcade machine there, 6 gun shooter, Galaxian 3 near the bar area. I'd still be playing it there to this day if they kept it.

Its okay, used to be better. Bit of a rip off, always busy. But its good every once in a while!

Was a good laugh, we played video games, tekken, pac man a loads of others was amazing had such a laugh, will recommend to anyone if you enjoy games we worth going

Great place to play some games, smash into people (bumper cars) or chill with a drink. Some things are on the expensive side (Mario Kart VR for 7 quid??! You're having a laugh) e.g. bumper cars are 3 quid but this is per car not per person. Would have been helpful to know this before as we thought it was per person and bought 2 tokens. Most games churn out paper tickets for which you substitute about 500 for a little sweetie! Good for a few hours to kill.

Fun day out with the family. Can get busy during peak times but that is expected seeing as it s in a tourist hot spot.
There aren t many arcades around Central London these days
I would recommend Namco for children s parties as it s worth the money you pay - bowling, go karts, arcade tokens and food!!

Huge amount to do!! Lots of activities for kids (and adults!). There is also a bar onsite. However, the place does like to eat your money.

Literally the only machine I care about here is DDR A20. It's a little quiet but it's also the only one in the country at the moment

This arcade is probably one of the best places I've found to hang out in London.
Its open until midnight, the games are decently priced and you can buy slush puppies. There's also a bar and a Costa in the basement, as well as a MacDonalds out front, so you can easily waste a good few hours without having to venture off for something else.

A good place for video games, bumper cars, bowling, and also to go to his escape room to test your wits.

Namco Funscape is a funny place ! Isolated from tourists but in the heart of the city (only 2 minutes to Big Ben). I will recommend !

Place to gamble your money fast. Someone might like but not me.

Namco is a really great place to bring tourists visiting London. It's a fun escape from sightseeing but is conveniently located close to the Aquarium, Dungeons and London Eye. You can grab a drink right down at the bottom, play some games and bump around in some speedy bumper cars to mix up what can sometimes be a monotonous day of walking. It is on the pricey side and you'd be surprised how quickly one burns through cash here.

A huge casino and funfair style game room where everything comes together to spend a lot of money and walk away with ... Not much

The escape room is hard but not fun. The laser game was awful. Halo fireteam was great and the bumper cars was a massive laugh. It's a bit loud and may be too overstimulating for neurodiverse children

Arcade with a selection of games and a Dodgem ring in the centre. The only really notable game there was Time Crisis 5. But definitely a bit of fun.

So many arcade machines and bowling lanes and pool tables. However, the person that served us knew nothing about the kitchen and they didn't have any wings! Which didn't feel me with a lot of confidence so we just decided to eat somewhere else.

We really love spending time here. For the fifth star, bring back the original ROM for the Dance Stage Euro Mix 2!

Fun place but some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. We had to wait for 5 mins to pay for a ride while two members of staff finished their conversation. We were then left on the ride and had to find our own way out as staff disappeared. We then ordered a coffee but staff member wanted us to wait until he had cleaned the Slushee machine. We gave up and left

The only bad i give about this place is that the food is expensive and you cannot bring your mcdonalds inside u have to stand up outside like your a nobody

Bit tacky etc but good old arcade fun if you have money to burn

Really quiet when I went as it was 10am. Only dislike is the bowling system uses the strings attached to the top of the pins.

Fun experience with different games but one or two games were giving off too few tickets but overall was a brillant experience

Decent place to take the kids especially on a wet day. Food and drink available and plenty of ways to spend your money on the arcade games.

Bowling, bumper cars, basketball hoops and loads more, great for anyone who wants to have a laugh whether you ve learnt to walk or need to crash something a car or two into your boss...Namco is the place for it haha There we re loads of other games, a bar and a little tuck/coffee shop and toilets all within the venue.

I ll definitely be back again.


And most games release tokens you get and exchange for a prizes and something to leave with along with your memories!

Not bad to kill 30 minutes or so. Bring tons of cash.

I had a great time here! Unfortunately, I lost my bag, but the stuff was quick and kept it with them! Thank you for the help and kindness! The games are amazing and the space is ample! Love it!

Playing pool and table tennis is good, and they've got a good selection of arcades. Just a shame the staff treat you like dirt.

A very ticket-based arcade so keep that in mind. It also gets very busy so try to go at a quieter time.

Had a great game of bowling with the family and at reasonable prices

Used to come down here every so often but its been awhile, its changed a lot, there are less arcades than before, although it's more kid friendly which i guess is what they were aiming for whereas it was pretty much a hanging spot before.

The family seemed like they enjoyed the visit.

Great but, but claw are clearly designed to rob you. 6 or 7 perfect grabs and holds, all dropping plush with slightest move back. The over sensitive weakness of the claws was more extreme than I've seen anywhere and everyone knows these machines are designed for you to lose. These were on a whole other level though.

Nonetheless all the Pacman themed prizes and games had my kid excited. Lots of fun to be had

Classic arcade fun including: time crisis 5, midnight maximum tune 3, dodgems, bar serving alcohol, crane machines, play-for-ticket games, etc!

A cool place to visit, and a great atmosphere. Two separate machines we were using broke or ate our money but the staff were generous with the claw machine- they gave us a prize because the machine stopped working while grabbing. The prizes you could win in exchange for tickets also didn't require a ridiculous amount of tickets, and you could swap a small amount for sweets which was nice

Bring your wallet full of cash for a excellent time

some of the machines need maintenance/fixing, were blocked or not working, accept that great fun.

As a regular visitor, i have attended while different staff were working and have had a generally positive experience except for one occasion where i needed to speak to someone about lost property and they were no help.
Variety of games on offer, staff are quick to resolve faults with games and no machine remains out of commission for too long.

Nice place for arcade and fun. Food is average and they do not offer a discount for the hospital across the road.

Way too crowded. Understaffed: takes forever to get an ice cream or coffee. A bunch of teenagers trying to run the place. Still great video games and good bumper cars

Good prices for the heart of London. Staff a good help if any issues arise
