THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE. My phone was stolen, the staff was not helpful. The only answer we got from the manager and the security was that the cctv videos are private and that we should go to the closest police station. Be careful with all your belongings!!!

Big encompassed place, with a variety of activities to do. Make sure you go with at-least a few people as you won't be bored. However, the food here is quite expensive.
The staff are terrible, including the managers very rude to customers, the service was so bad we decided to leave. The techno bowling does not even work, total waste of money!
Really fun place to go for drinks after work with plenty of arcade games, bowling, table tennis and pool tables. Something for all ages! The service for drinks can be very slow, bartenders not really up to scratch
The price for the machines hasn't changed in 10 years, so it's actually quite good value for money. Good fun, very clean, with a neat bar downstairs. I wish I had one near me!
It's one of the nicest arcade places with the best prizes. Good environment. Love the bowling. I got so addicted to this place that I go there at least once per week. 5 . Super fun for everyone including families with children. Amazing environment. Great fun experience.
Reminds me of my childhood/teenage years. Have many memories here... Just a shame they are so stingy at the arcade ticket gift shop. Don't offer even a penny sweet if you have less then 30 tickets as minimum for a prize.
Had the security guard at Namco, I shan't name him (Reg), today talk to me in utter disrespect and had an extremely bad attitude towards myself as a paying customer.
I came down to London to meet friends and collect my belongings from family so brought my suitcase, went around Namco playing the games to have forgotten I left the suitcase by the slots. The way this guard approached me was hostile and looking g like a 40+ male would have expected more decency. After confrontations and fronting on his part I asked to make a complaint as this was seen by 3 of my friends and 3 staff members.
They tried saying it was because of what happened in Manchester and they're on high alert yet I waited 5 minutes having notified them that it was mine and in all honesty this is just an excuse for a big male to act out his misguided sense of power due to his job role.
I live 40 minutes from Manchester and have never had this level of language used or threatening demeanour towards myself as a customer.
People get fired over less than this and the fact he opened the cupboard to tell me, not ask, to grab it and go is abysmal.
I'm 25 studying Business Management and so far London and Romford Namco have continuously had security guards who threaten and abuse their role through misguided entitlement.
Romford staff manhandled my friend who was not even talking and is incredibly shy and Security in the Brewery did not attest to witnessing this to the police and CCTV was not on. I lived in Ilford and went Romford many times, the issue that the Brewery does not CCTV present is worrying considering how mess up that night became due to staff incompetence and negligence.
Today only proved that Namco is a pile of waste trying to grab people's attention to "have a bit of fun" while proving ill-managed staff and creating an environment where customers have to back their own corner in front of other staff members only to be told "ring this number if you want to make a complaint".
Disgusting person, disturbing entellect of an adult working in what I would class as a child friendly environment, or so they claim.
Great source of entertainment for all, tucked away from the bustling tourist filled streets of london alongside the london eye. Loads of variety in games and snacks. Interesting to find bowling alleys and a bumper cars attraction located in the middle of the arcade.
What can I say I ve been going here since I was a child and now am kind of an adult and still going hear lol. Maybe one day take my kids. Funny funny funny
Who said "arcade games"? Namco Funscape is a place where you can travel back in time in the golden era of arcade games and challenge your friends at a whole range of different kinds of video games. By the way if you think you can beat me at any racing game, you should get in touch. Bring it on!!
Large range of arcade machines packed tightly in. Many of the games are carried however the building needs some tlc and a there doesn't seem to be that many recent additions
Hopefully you'll find the game you want here, these places are becoming hard to find but I got Outrun 2 on lockdown there! Little bit seedy feel but that's just all the neon I guess.
Games were super fun, good atmosphere, however bartender was not to friendly at all, about having to stand in certain places to be served when it wasn't made clear.
The most beautiful playroom I've ever been in all of London. The probability of winning prizes is also high. May luck be with you. And don't forget to have fun.
Needs a better cash machine because with that it's a blatant rip off so get cash out before you arrive apart from that amazing day out for a couple hours at least
A pretty good arcade in London! An impressive size for its excellent location and the staff are generally very friendly. There's a great variety of games, and I didn't see any out-of-order. The bumper cars especially are a highlight, as some of the games are quite similar.
I'd recommend it, despite the fact it isn't always that busy. It's fairly priced but I just wish it was bigger!
