Very good place for entertainment for young and old
Right.. lets get into this..Very small than expected. Some rude staff especially the guy at the desk where you get prizes from tickets.. Rude and blunt as if its his last day working there..PPFF...NO 2p coin pusher machines what so ever.. only about 3 10p coin pushers..VERY POOR.. expensive food and drink.. there is bowling, bumper cars and a bar etc which is good but its not even worth coming here for just that.. If you love arcades go to Brighton, Hastings or Eastborne.. even Butlins have better arcades machines there I swear to you!! Anyway..Don't waste your time or money here.. its over rated and too hyped up.. If you do really want to check this place out then go for it.. just bear everything I said in mind. Thanks for reading.
Exciting place to be the family. Lots to do and great games to play
A place to see for geeks.
We find the pleasure of the old arcades and its "atmosphere" sound.
We are still on a tourist catch but even without letting a dime, we can walk around and enjoy the "view"
For the rest, like everything in London, it's a bit expensive.
A great day out for family and friends. Contactless machines to get coins and a bar for the adults!
Amazing arcade place. Although the bowling place could have been better.
Super fun arcade with loads of game options. Staff were helpful and very kind!
Fun place for rainy days, but keep track on how many coins you spend!
Great for a fun night out, can be a bit rough round the edges though
If it rains, which is usual, this is an entertaining place to try your luck and become a little child
Nice place to unwind and chill out have a coffee COSTA ! Or a beer
Do not try the little bowling alley here. We put more money than we needed to because it just didn't count some coins we put in. Then the alley won't register most the pins you knock down which makes it completely useless. You'd hit a strike for example and it'll say you knocked down 6 pins
Namco is a place where you can bring the whole family for a day or night out. The bowling is great but I love the bumper cars and amusements. Been to Namco about 6-7 times
Cheapest that I found in central london for slushies for the kids.
Probably the best kept namco I have been to in years. All the machines were working with a good selection of new ones, including a beer pong machine! There was a bowling alley downstairs and prizes to be won. Good way to spend a couple of quid.
A fun atmosphere and plenty of types of games. Beers jugs are reasonably priced too.
Argh... I tried to stop my nine year old from walking in here. So many games, so little change.
Large arcades in central London that serves alcohol. However, drinks choices are limited and way overpriced. Staff was slow and rude when approached for help. We wanted to do one of their VR games that cost 4 pounds, but the game would not load. It took a while to chase a help down as some staff just wouldn't care, and then we were finally given 4 tokens to spend on another games. They should not give back tokens, but refund is actual cash. Since we had to spend the tokens, we tried a different VR game, sadly the headset tightening feel apart right in the middle of the game. Not impressed!!!
i went to the arcade today with my friend which we do regularly every week where we are playing the money game and i didnt appreciate one of your staff members who is a black woman calling security on me, accusing me of using a magnet to gather the money just because me and my friend were counting our winnings and the way i looked, like im some road-man i am in a hard working family with two parents that work long and hard, day and night to earn their money and support me i attend a higher educated college i got qualifications and i have a job which i earn more money than that staff member earns so i dont need to steal, cheat or use a magnet to win money. i already got money im not that desperate and again didnt appreciate it, so uncalled for.
Good fun place to spend an evening in Westminster. Little bit pricy on the pool - 25p a min. Understandable given the location though. Lots of other arcade things to do that are fun.
Kids loved it. Could do with better food options for adults
Lots of games here. Most games go for a pound. There are change machines that are free of charge. But cash machines will cost money. You don't have to buy tokens to play. For some games, you win tickets, which can be exchanged for presents. There's also an escape room that goes for 25 pounds for about 12 minutes, with up to 6 players allowed.
This place is amazing, you can play games and win some cool prizes too
Amazing Place, This is a hidden gem right in the heart of London. Excellent venue for corporate events too as the team of staff really look after you...
Great fun location for all of the family! A+
well-equipped games room, with the london pass you have free tokens. they give small prizes even with few points
Very comercial, games and drinks are expensive, had to wait for bowling for 15 minutes as they don't take reservations.
And the bowling is only restricted to 20 bowls each...
A small arcade with most of the games you know. Most games are 1-2 pounds.
Pretty poor all round, and smells of sweat in there.
6.60 for a pint of coke.... Yeah right. London or no London, that is an absolute disgrace.
The ice cream was so nice with chocolate coated cone.
Great place to spend some time with the kids. Have your money at the ready though
Bowling alley is not much cheaper than better alternatives, the service is pretty slow although the staff are nice. Arcades are fun but winnings are low
You have a good time, but ... You leave a scary paste!
Came here with friends, waited 30 minutes for a drink was told my a staff member that we are busy and I will just have to wait. I was shown to a table that was full of dirty glasses they was removed but the table was not cleaned, very bad Covid practice. The security also need to have training regarding face masks ECT.
If you like arcades it will be fun. Plenty of stuff and not actually overcrowded. Also had bowling, table tennis and pool along with a Costa coffee behind one of the bars downstairs.
Everything had a lot of fun under one roof pool. Table tennis, bowling machines. Top address in bad weather
I have never in my life experienced such awful customer service.
I love the Place Good for Family Bonding specially Games
Make sure to take your best friends with you and you are up for a night of fun!!!
Turned up at 11:25 but the security just shook his hands and said closed when they should be open until midnight. Very disappointing
Pretty overpriced and the staff in the downstairs bar were actually awful. Didn't seem to have any ability to keep track of who was next.
I could have stayed here 24 hours :)). Any cheats for infinite money?
Great collection of games spread over three floors. But some of the games were really laggy, like a few of the shooting games had a half split second delay that just really ruins the experience. Other than that though, a good enough arcade for a fun evening.
If you like ticket games, claw machines etc this place is fine. The only real draw for me is the big pac-man/galaga arcade machine.
Lazy staff, stood at a bar for 5/10mins staff looked at us and walked out of the bar and wandered aimlessly... Only goof thing about this place is that they have toilets
An innovative and grandiose concept in London where you will be able to play multitudes of games such as bumper car bowling, basketball and video games, not forgetting the essential machines for recovering stuffed animals for a public for the whole family.
Nice selection of games wish the ddr A cabinet was online instead of local though
We had so much fun!It was great! Our family guests enjoyed playing bowling!
Very good atmosphere, we had a great time with family.
No, I have very good experience, we were going to pass london and we had to give 3 coins, asked a girl in that machine us spending could and said that anyone who gave tickets, we were quite fun trying him back to ask and we said the same thing, you see the final was on the ground floor and only 3 machines
Not much inside. The bumper cars are nice but that s it
Dark, dirty, noisy. Kids will run into you and you're being ripped off the whole time.
If you're into arcades, you'll love it here I guess.
Accustomed to Italian arcades, this seemed immense to me. There are many games, some a little dated, and maybe even a little expensive. It's worth the trip to the evening!
